Description of Work: Jed was honest and thorough with his quote and did not oversell... he actually suggested not doing some of the work I requested. Refreshing honesty. The outcome of the grout cleaning was good in some rooms, modest in others. It looks better, but not new. Glad the work was done, but I think my expectations for the final appearance may have been too high.

Description of Work: I called Superior Carpet with a problem. I spilled candle wax all over the middle of my family room carpet. I asked them if they could get it out for me. Jed gave me a suggestion to try first, and if that did not work they would be glad to come out. WELL IT WORKED!! :) So they saved me time and money.

The work was GREAT!
Description of Work: I first need to apologize for the delay in this report. I have been out of town and then came down with an awful flu bug. I have to say that of all the carpet companies that have come into my home, Superior Carpet was indeed SUPERIOR!! From the moment I was greeted by Jed and his partner I knew I made the right choice. They were simply a delight! They cleaned my sons carpet, all walkway areas, stairs and a hallway. Great job was done and I came home very pleased. They even cleaned some carpet remnants I had down in front of the landing and never charged me for that little "extra touch". They really went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. WAY TO GO!!!You won't go wrong with this company!!!

Arrived promptly, gave an estimate up front, and proceeded to clean. No mess left for me and no collateral damage. Used a protectant and deodorizer. Looks great. Would use them again. Decreased rate for periodic repeat cleaning over traffic areas according to the person who cleaned. The Angie's List coupon discount was a nice bonus. They left me a bottle of spot cleaner for my leaky Boston Terrier.
Description of Work: Cleaned 4 rooms, a landing, and 13 steps. Large job. Lots of furniture. I vacuumed the carpet before they arrived.

It was just all around great. They were extremely professional and the guys were great. They answered all of my questions. They told me that if I had any problems after the carpet was dry for me to call them back which I didn't need to and I would definitely use them again.

The technicians Ben and Jim were on time, polite, informative and did a very good job on my carpets. They worked hard on a difficult stain and removed most of it. Their price was reasonable, and I was very pleased. Will use them again.

WOW! WE ARE SO PLEASED. OUR CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW! THE MANAGER AND ANOTHER TECH CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK. THEY CALLED 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO CONFIRM DIRECTIONS AND LET US KNOW THAT THEY WERE ON THERE WAY. THEY EDUCATED US ABOUT THE PROCESS. WE REALLY FEEL LIKE THEY TOOK THE TIME WE NEEDED. WE HAD PREVIOUSLY MOVED ALL BUT OUR LARGE FURNITURE WE THEY HAPPILY MOVED AND CLEANED UNDER AND BEHIND. I'VE USED OTHER SERVICES AND FOUND THAT THE STAFF DIDN'T CARE ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB. THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO MY CARPETS LOOK AMAZING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOO!!!!
