The sales guy we had was extremely good. I spent years in industrial sales so I am extremely critical. He knew the products and was straightforward, honest and helped us a lot of on the dishwasher. We had out mind made up on the refrigerator. They removed the old appliances but I installed them. They do an excellent job, they are local and are very good.

Salespeople at Snow's showed us appliances that met our needs and our price range. They didn't do a high pressure, "buy the highest price item" sales pitch. Delivery may take a few days. Delivery and haul-away charges are included in the price, which is nice. Flyers for the big box stores might show a lower price, but once those extra charges are figured in Snow Bros has comparable or even better prices. Plus, its nice to buy from a locally owned company.

Excellent. Bradley, our salesperson, was professional and no pressure.

I measured the dimensions of the dishwasher before going to the store. Jeff, the salesman, said that it wouldn't be a problem, but that I would have to wait for a week. When they delivered it, it did not fit. The installers said that the only model that would ever fit was a Maytag. They were going to charge me another $150 for that model. I offered to split the price, which I thought was more than fair, since they had promised that the first one would fit. They still sent me a bill for the full $150. I then sent them a letter. In the response, they effectively called me a lair and blew me off. The salesman also originally said that all dishwashers were a standard size, meaning that I was free to choose any brand.

A repairman said Snow Brothers was the cheapest, and they would have a good selection, and they did.

They were very knowledgeable about allergy control. It was excellent service all the way around. They delivered it and they were right on time. I also have someone to call if I have a problem.

The crew that set up the washer was OK. They put a scratch in the washer when they were installing it. There was a problem with the plumbing when they were setting it up and they were on top of getting us someone to fix the problem. We have also most recently purchased a refrigerator from them. We purchased it on a Saturday and they delivered it Tuesday. They were originally going to deliver it that following Friday but they made arrangements to have it delivered earlier. Right on time. The guys who installed the refrigerator were nice. Careful and tried not to scratch the floor removing the old refrigerator. Snow Brothers hires good quality people to installed and service their appliances. They also have great warranties on their appliances. No question about it. We will be buying our appliances from them again in the future.

Excellent price. No pressure by salesperson, well-informed as to features of products. No problem arranging delivery. Arrived promptly, did excellent job installing range (free delivery and brought new gas nozzle for new connection). Delivery people were very pleasant and well-informed as to workings of new range.

Everything went very well. The salesperson was very thorough, patient and helpful. He didn't try and sell me more machine than I needed. The delivery and installation was very fast (it took less than 1/2 hour for them to install and test the new machines, and remove the old ones). They called the day before with a three hour delivery window, and agreed to call me when they were actually on the way to my house, which they did (they actually got there a few minutes ahead of me). They had to replace the venting, which he originally told me would be $20, but he didn't charge me anything for it because he said he didn't have to use that much. The only thing that could have made it better was if they had taken the cardboard boxes with them (the salesperson said that they would, but I'm not sure why they had to leave them).

The salesman was polite, and the stove was reasonably priced. The new stove was delivered when promised. The delivery men were polite.

The woman that waited on me wasn't pushy. She waited on me without interruptions. She explained all about the appliances. I got a Jen-Air range, and they installed it. We pulled it out and something popped. They came out and said "no trouble," and fixed it for free. They put new top on and sent me a new grill free. I called them to thank them. They were priced fairly and even met a price that I had from a competitor.

I was completely shocked and amazed at the attitude and response of this small retailer. We have purchased many appliances from them over the years and have highly recommended them to others. However, you never really know what a company's true colors are until an issue arises. When we purchased the range we were told it would be leveled upon delivery. Level means level, using a leveling tool- not "appears" to be level. For the owner, Bill Kent, to refuse to do this when the delivery man himself said someone would return is incomprehensible. Mr.Kent was also unconcerned and unapologetic that we had not received the requested 1 hour call-ahead, and that our floors had been unprotected from mud and water. They should warn customers ahead that they must protect their own floors, since most people do not have the equipment for this handy. We will not purchase anything from Snow Brothers again due to their policy of poor customer service. We later found 12 complaints lodged with the BBB.

Sharon Bennett was a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to make sure all my needs were addressed and the appliances would fit our lifestyle. Snow Bros. had the best selection and pricing in town. Would shop again there gladly.

Stan Kozar, the salesman, was a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure tactics, he understood what we wanted and directed us accordingly.

WE HAD TO WAIT OVER A WEEK FOR A REPAIR PERSON TO COME. MOM WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. HOWEVER EVERYTIME THEY DID COME THE REPAIR PERSON WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND GAVE US A FEW TIPS ON HOW TO BETTER OPERATE THE DISHWASHER. I PROBABLY WILL USE THEM AGAIN. MY MOM - THAT'S ANOTHER STORY.

VISITED SHOWROOM ON SATURDAY, 10/8, TO PICK OUT NEW WASHING MACHINE. OLD FISHER-PAYKEL WOULD HAVE COST $380 TO REPAIR. JEFF, SALESPERSON, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE LOOKED AT WHIRLPOOL and MAYTAG. DECIDED ON MAYTAG BASED ON RELIABILITY, PRICE, and FEATURES. OUR MODEL FEATURED A $50 INSTANT REBATE. SNOW BROTHERS' PRICE INCLUDES DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, and HAUL-AWAY. DELIVERY SET FOR TUESDAY, 10/11. SNOW CALLED NIGHT BEFORE WITH DELIVERY WINDOW. ARRIVED ON-TIME and PERFORMED WORK IN AN EXCELLENT MANNER.

I WOULD APPRECIATE THEIR TAKING WITH THEM THE EMPTY BOXES, DUE TO THEIR SIZE and WEIGHT. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

WE HAVE PURCHASED MULTIPLE APPLIANCES FROM SNOW BROTHERS AND ALWAYS FOUND THEIR SERVICE EXCELLENT. THEIR DELIVERY IS FAST, STAFF AT THE STORE, AND ON THE TRUCKS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. ALWAYS VERY CLEAN, ALWAYS REMOVE THE DEAD APPLIANCE AND BOXES WITHOUT QUESTION. THEIR PRICES ARE THE MOST COMPETITIVE ON THE EAST SIDE FOR OUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK, IT CAN BE OBTAINED IN A DAY OR TWO FROM THEIR SUPPLIERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

AMY WAS A GREAT SALESPERSON. SHE REALLY HELPED US SORT THROUGH ALL THE APPLIANCES AND CHOSE THE ONES WHICH WERE RIGHT FOR US. WE'LL CERTAINLY GO BACK WHEN WE NEED ADDITIONAL APPLIANCES.

BRADLEY THEIS, THE SALESMAN, WAS MOST HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE RIGHT THE APPLIANCES FOR THE SPACES WE HAVE.

A VERY PLEASANT BUYING EXPERIENCE. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LOW-PRESSURE SALESMAN. DELIVERIES PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE TO MY DIFFICULT SCHEDULE. AND THE BEST: A) FREE DELIVERY REGARDLESS OF PURCHASE VALUE, B) THEY NOT ONLY INSTALLED THE WASHER BUT FILLED THE TUB, AT WHICH POINT THEY NOTICED A CRACK, HAULED AWAY BOTH NEW AND OLD WASHER, AND BROUGHT ME ANOTHER NEW WASHER IN 2 DAYS. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. THE TWO DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE UNOBTRUSIVE. THEY WERE CAREFUL, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN, HELPED BREAK DOWN THE BOX AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD REFRIGERATOR TOO.

GREAT SELECTION. MARK JOHNSON IS ESPECIALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. MARK IMPRESSED US RIGHT OFF THE BAT WITH HIS NON-PRODDING, BUT HELPFUL AVAILABILITY, HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE VARIOUS BRANDS AND THEIR FEATURES, AND HIS INTEREST IN MEETING OUR PARTICULAR NEEDS.
