He is low key, opposite of a high pressure commission based typical service salesperson. Set up the appointment in no time at all. Field tech showed up right on time and called a few minutes in advance as requested; did his thing, and left after a closing, exit type Qand A interview where he answered all my questions. Bonus is the best pricing plan in the area.

They apologized for the inconvenience but said they had another company they use to refer clients to when they are over booked for overflow. They recommended another company. I appreciated their extra concern to refer me to another company. How many companies refer you to a competitor, this was very helpful and appreciated.

Now 18 months and it seems to go well. Much cheaper than the company I had used before.

Sievers, installed an alarm system in our new home. They were prompt and courteous. Since we were already a client with them, they were very accommodating to our needs.

Sales person (Mr. Sievers) was excellent. Installer was just ok-he should have but didn't clean up after himself, but he was polite and punctual. The only problem we had was with setting up a follow-up service call after the original installation - technician failed to show for one appointment and was several hours late for the other appointment. The company apologized and followed up several times by phone to make sure we were satisfied.

HE DID MORE THAN JUST REPAIR THE DOOR HE ALSO LUBRICATED IT AND THE OTHER DOOR TOO, ETC. THAT WAS ROUGHLY EIGHT WEEKS AGO AND SO FAR IT'S OPERATING SWIMMINGLY. WE ALSO THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY FAIR.

OUR INSTALLATION WAS LONG AND COMPLICATED DUE TO THE CONCURRENT REMODELING OF OUR BASEMENT. THERE WERE ALSO, A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE EQUIPMENT AT FIRST, BUT THE SIEVERS REPS, ESPECIALLY RICK, WERE PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL, QUALIFIED, AND DETERMINED TO MAKE US HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.

WITHOUT CHARGE, SIEVERS CAME OUT AND RE-INSTALLED THE SECURITY WIRING INTO NEW REPLACEMENT DOORS. WE WERENT EVEN CUSTOMERS YET OF THEIR MONTHLY MONITORING SERVICE. WHEN WE ACTIVATED OUR AUTOMATIC SECURITY SERVICE THEY WERE INCREDIBLY PATIENT WHILE WE LEARNED THE SYSTEM IN OUR NEW HOUSE. (WE ACCIDENTALLY SET THE ALARM OFF QUITE A FEW TIMES LEARNING ITS QUIRKS...) THEIR MONITORING OPERATORS ARE VERY POLITE, EVEN AT 3AM! THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY GIVE A ONE MONTH DISCOUNT WHEN YOU PREPAY FOR THE YEAR.
