Description of Work: They set my mom up with a life alert system. They were so nice. They explained everything. They addressed our concerns and gave us ideas to fix those issues. They were on time. Would highly recomend anyone looking for a way to keep parents that live alone safe to call and talk to them.

Description of Work: Seivers efficiently took over the ADT system we had. We paid for new equipment. Ongoing monthly cost is for monitoring, etc. Your service date question doesn't apply.

Description of Work: I called this company to arrange an estimate to install some cameras. I was put through to a "Gary" and I got his voicemail. I left him a message and my return phone number. To date, 07/24/2012, I have NOT been blessed with a return call. My call was on Thursday early afternoon (07/19/2012) .I am NOT calling them again?

Description of Work: This is my second report on this company. After 18 months of service (security and fire, with cellular backup), we are still very pleased. We did have an issue with two false alarms causing police response one weekend while out-of-town at about the six-month mark, but the company came out and (for no charge) tweaked the motion detector and we have not have any problems since. Since that time, we have added a CO2 detector (don't remember the charge, but wasn't too much). When we accidentally set off the alarm, which we try not to do too often, they are polite and prompt. With one exception, they have been very good about making sure that we have given the correct password (we have since changed our password to a longer one so that there are no further such misunderstandings). A real person always answers for phone for any inquiries. For the most part, we have been very pleased and believe that we are receiving a good value. I would continue to recommend this company.

Description of Work: CALLED ON THURSDAY AND MADE APPOINTMENT FOR FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM 1-5 PM. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME FROM WORK AT 1 PM RECEIVED CALL ON MACHINE (TIME STAMPED AT 10 AM), TELLING ME THAT SINCE I WAS NOT HOME WOULD RESCHEDULE FOR MONDAY. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THAT THEY DID NOT COME WHEN WE HAD SCHEDULED AND THE COMPANY SAID THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT SATURDAY MORNING. I CANCELLED THE SERVICE CALL AND WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
