Description of Work: Cleaned out a sewer drain to solve drainage and dampness problems in the basement. Diagnosed and solved the problem quickly.

Description of Work: Repaired my sewer line which required breaking through concrete in the basement. Made the repair, replaced concrete and cleaned up. Lenny is very profesional, efficient and personable.

Description of Work: I called Lenny in a panic. My basement drain backed up and I had several inches of standing sewage water in my basement!!! I was horrified and needed help fast. Lenny calmed me down over the phone and hearing my distress told me he would call his next customer who was not having an emergency and ask him if he would mind rescheduling. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me he was on his way. I was so relieved. He was there in 30 minutes. He came right in and got started. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and what was happening. He assured me the back up was not my fault and gave me plenty of tips on how to prevent this from happening again. He even went to his truck and got a gallon of his own "mainline" and poured it down my drain (and didn't charge me for it). I could just tell he is a genuinely great guy who wanted to help me. He has been doing this for many years and his experience was evident. He was very efficient. He was out of there in less than 2 hours. I was so thankful that I found him. The big deal on Angie's List was an added bonus. I would still feel I got my money's worth without the coupon. (But I am still glad I had it).
