Excellent service during emergency! After an overnight flash flood, we awoke to find six to 10 inches of standing water in our basement. We found out about Sewer Technology from a friend who had similarly great service from them. He came the same day as soon as I called him. The clog was removed in a few minutes and the standing water drained away. He later came back and ran a camera through it so we could see condition of our pipe.

We would highly recommend this company. It is a local second generation family business that is extremely skilled at what they do. They came on same day we called due to sewer backed up and not functioning, they were able to diagnose what was wrong on the first visit and took care of it on the second visit within the same week. They had all the excavation equipment so did not have to coordinate with someone else. More than competent! They even stood up for us regarding insurance company too! Very friendly too.

When Lenny Knight came he said before he began any work he would assess to determine if the drains really were clogged up. Turns out drains were not clogged but the problem is with debris stuck in the downspouts. Lenny and his two children had carefully checked to see what the problem might be. Very knowledgeable and friendly and saved me a lot of money. Someone else might have cleaned my drains, charged me for it and the problem would still exist. So now I have to find gutter cleaners who do a thorough job. I’m glad I know what the problem is.

Lenny and his son were at my house within 15 minutes after I called. They had the right equipment, dealt with a stubborn clean-out cap, and quickly cleared the drain that was blocked with roots and debris. Super professional and personable. Highly recommend their service. Thank you!

Mr. Knight and his family did a wonderful job on our extremely packed storm drains. He clearly explained every aspect of the service, was very helpful, professional, and friendly. I called Lenny and he came that afternoon with his two children who he was training to take over his business. They were extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They found the drain on the first dig and started snaking the drain. It took about an hour and they were done. I would hire them anytime

Contacted Lenny through the Angie's list website on a Saturday evening and he responded in 30 minutes! Determining that it was not an emergency, he set an appt for a couple days later. He arrived on time and assessed the problem, explaining some unknowns and how he would address them. The job required different size snake than expected but he had something with him that worked. He was professional , knowledgeable and personable and we would definitely recommend him.. Job took almost 3 hours.

Lenny managed to clear my basement drain of CONCRETE that had been spilled by workers and had dried to solid blockage. He offered me options and even gave me advice on how to do a bypass myself. But then he took a shot at clearing it and , amazingly, was successful, saving me a lot of money. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest. I recommend Sewer Technology most highly.

He was prompt in returning calls and working with tenant living there. Also, advised me on ways to treat pipes to keep the roots from coming back.

Lenny and his son came out the same morning I called. They quickly located the clean-out (which was buried approx 2.5 feet underground), checked my sewer system, assessed the status and functionality of my sewer system and made the necessary repairs. He and his son explained everything in detail. They were very efficient and detail oriented. They cleaned up and replaced the grass and soil exactly as it was before digging. Extremely happy with work done and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended. Very professional.

Lenny is careful and thorough. Gives good rationale and explanation. When he first came out he advised that I contact the city to locate the sewer cleanout at the street level. The city of Cleveland Heights is not very helpful. They will only locate the water main located between the street and sidewalk and you are supposed to know that the storm sewer and sanitary sewer are in the yard beyond the sidewalk. From memory, I helped Lenny located the storm clean out. He advised us to use Root X which we purchased from Amazon with good reviews of the product. We will have Lenny back in the spring.

Excellent ... Lenny was able to make it out to the property within an hour and fixed the issue within a few hours. I'll be using him for future plumbing work -

They first checked all the clean-out plugs in the yard to see if there was a connection (unfortunately, no). Then they ran a garden hose into the drain, For better or worse, the water didn't back up this time. Then they ran several lengths of snake (well over an inch in diameter) into the drain and encountered some blockage. The way the snake reacted, they said it was probably large pieces of gravel. They got through that but by periodically checking the the drill at the end of the snake could tell that they'd hit a break in the pipe. They suggested capping the drain (which they did) and running the downspout out toward the yard (which I did later). We did't get into how much it would cost to fix the drain or whether or not this company would do the job - obviously a lot of digging that I'm not quite prepared to pay for. While not the perfect ending, I'm happy with what they were able to do for us.

Lenny responded quickly to my phone call and was able to come out the next day. He was very professional and explained what he needed to do to solve the problem. The sewer drain was cleared and is now running freely. Thanks!

A father son business and both guys were wonderful. I would def. use again. The only issue is a purchased a deal on Angie's List that was probably more than what they would have charged me for the service... be careful with coupons and "online" deals.

Lenny cane out and checked for us. Everything was ok, he went to great lengths to explain his process and that everything looked good. Would call back again without question.
