Want an amazing experience to find someone so honest and not charge a penny even for the service call. Called Lenny on a Monday and he came out the next day. Arrived on time and found that the drain was working properly. Tenant informed Lenny that they put chemicals in drain and that it appeared to work and it was no longer backing up. He called me to see if we still wanted him to snake the drain even though it didn't appear to need done. He was so HONEST and didn't charge us a thing. We will definitely be calling him again!!! He was very professional and did exactly what the offer stated he would do. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions as to why the drains kept leaking water into my basement; the faulty check valve being the problem. The only trouble was that the price seemed a little high for pretty much a simple camera scope of the lines. No repairs were done at the time, which was fine, but $300.00 seemed a little much. However, his workmanship and professionalism were great and I would use him again.

This review is from almost a month ago as I have been recovering from a surgery, but I still wanted to make sure to take the time to give Lenny a good review. I was referred to Lenny from a plumber when I needed to have a drain snaked. Lenny was very easy to work with and very friendly. He called me back very fast when I left a message, and then he was in constant contact with me to set up a time to come out to the house. Unfortunately, I was dealing with a backed up sink drain during the holidays, and Lenny came out on New Year?s Day to fix the problem. I generally don?t like it when contractors are in my house, but Lenny made me really feel at ease. He was very friendly and positive about doing his job. The only one slight negative comment I would have is that it was a little more expensive than I expected, I attribute this mostly due to the fact that it was on a holiday as I read other reviews and people seemed to pay a bit less. Overall I will 100% call Lenny again if I have a sewer or drain problem and I would encourage you to do the same.

Lenny is very prompt. Even if he is a few minutes late he will call you to let you know. He proceeded to snake out or basement drain. He explained everything he did to us and he made recommendations on how to avoid blockage again. It took Lenny about 2 1/2 hours to get our drain unblock. One reason it took longer was we did not have a clean out access to our main sewer. He said he would try to snake out our main going through our basement drain, which he was able to do. Other plumbers would of charged extra for the time it took, and Lenny didn't. He gave us a an estimate on installing a clean out access and told us we did not have to have it done right away, unless we get another blockage in the near future.That way it would be easier to find out what the problem was. Lenny is very friendly and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I called and left a message with Lenny at about 7pm one evening. He called me back promptly the next day to discuss the issue and to schedule an appointment for later that week. Lenny showed up on time on the day of the appointment. He is very friendly and personable, and a true pleasure to interact with. After spending 10 minutes assessing my situation, he decided on a course of action and went to work doing what he does best. I had to leave to see a client and I left him at my home to continue to work on the issue. I felt completely comfortable doing so. Lenny called me back a few hours later to let me know that the clog was resolved and that everything was working normally. He went above and beyond cleaning up the issue and letting me know what I could do to avoid the issue in the future. Very happy with the results...

Lenny showed up early to our appointment and was very kind and knowledgeable. The project ended up taking more time than either of us imagined and he stayed around until the job was complete. I purchased a coupon for a sewer snake and camera for $309. After about 3 hours of snaking multiple drains in the basement and still having a clogged drain, Lenny had to leave and go to another appointment. He told me what to do next (install two clean outs: one on the main stack and one on another stack) and when I was finished with those, he would come back out and run the snake again and get the camera to see the progress. This saved me about $300 plus instead of having someone else do it. When I finished the next day he was at my door ready to being in less than an hour. On the second day, after the clean outs were installed he showed up with a HUGE smile on his face and seemed happy to be back to tackle this clog. He was able to find and clear one (on the main sewer line) and recommend some options for me to try on the smaller line as his equipment would not fit down the narrower pipes. He walked me through everything he was doing and was very professional about all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Sewer Technology LLC to friends, family, and the Angie's List community.

He was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt in responding to my emails, he gave me some great suggestions on how to maintain the drains and was professional, nice and extremely knowledgable. I will definitely use him again!

I purchased the sewer cleaning special to address sewer gases entering my home through the main sewer line. Lenny immediately contacted me. I chose the date of service, Lenny called again on that date to confirm the service and arrived promptly. He immediately knew the cause of the problem, an incorrect cap on the drain. He examined the line using a camera, showing my husband everything along the way. He snaked the drain and put on an appropriate cap. I highly recommend this company, the service is excellent, the prices are fair. Lenny is extremely knowledgeable and will now be my "go to" guy for any sewer problems.

There are some folks who you immediately sense know their business. Lenny Knight is one of them. Our house is nearly 100 years old and, in the 30 years we've lived here, we haven't snaked. Lenny arrived and showed us, with his camera, how clogged and truly backed up our line is. He didn't push his services. He educated us. We made the decision to continue from camera to snaking. We are so impressed with his work and professionalism that he is returning to do our downspouts and a backyard drain. Call him. He's great!

I will able to see for myself if there was a blockage. I did appreciate being able to know for sure that the work was done.

I first called another company and had them look at the sewer pipe. They came out and told us that we would have a huge sewer project which would cost us $7,500. This would include replacing the entire pipeline. Sewer Technology LLC came out here and I was honest with him and said that I had another company already out to look at the sewer. He told me that he would take a look and not charge me for an estimate because another company already looked at it. He told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for $200.00. He is very honest, efficient, and I would recommend him to everyone.

It was great, he was really friendly and still keeps in touch with me. He also is in contact with the city to make sure they stay on top of fixing the problem.

, Lenny and John telephoned prior to arriving and arrived on time. They were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. In addition to checking the footer drains, they found two gutter downspouts clogged with debris; cleaning them removed a source for gutter overflows. I would be happy to use them again.

iT WENT FINE FROM START TO FINISH.

I received a phone call from a Lenny about an hour and a half or so prior to my appointment time to confirm. And he showed up 20 minutes early which I thought was fantastic and he was ready to work rbight away. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to listen to what issues I was having an I'm that I needed for him to try to fix for us. After his initial assessment he made a plan of attack and he went into his work truck and brought out all the tools that he was going to need. Lenny went to work for 3 hours straight trying to get my storm sewer line free of all the roots that have infiltrated my sewer lines over the past few years. Lenny is very knowledgeable at his craft and he is a hardworking and proud man who does excellent work. I had another sewer cleaning company come to my home early this year for the same issue. This other unnamed company spent about 45 minutes assessing my problem and trying to correct it I guess but they manage to do nothing but remove three hundred and $50 cash from my wallet and I still have the same problem. On the other hand, Mr Lenny Knight comes out to my home and completes the work correctly with three hours of hard manual labor and he was still cheaper than my last 45 minutes outfit visit. I will highly recommend Lenny and sewer technologies if you should have any reason to need their services. Me on the other hand, have already had the great honour and privilege of meeting this great man Lenny nights, so I hope he doesn't take this the wrong way but I hope I never have to see him again, but if I should ever have a need for his wonderful services again I will certainly not hesitate to call him. You have restored my faith in the in the trades nothing if I could find a few electricians and carpenters like you that would be fantastic. Lenny Knight (owner) came with his son (John Luke), initially to snake the drain in my driveway. After some work, it was discovered that the clog was not in that pipe, but led to the drain from my roof gutters. After some investigation, he discovered (informing and showing me all along the way), that here was the issue. It was blocked up and the pipe was broken. So on the spot he gave me an estimate to dig out and replace the pipes. Work all done in one afternoon and fixed what I thought was two separate problems. I had washing away near my gutter pipe that I thought was from animals digging near my house foundation. I had seen moles and chipmonks go in and out of the holes. They kept coming back and the ground was dug away again after I would fill it in. When Lenny arrived his eyes went right to the holes and he noted that it was probably my problem. it wasn't digging way, but actually washing away. When he broke open my drain in the driveway (it was cemented on), and snaked it, the snake came out the hole in the drain for the gutters. He then investigated there and found a piece of siding almost four foot line and two inches wide in the drain. He called me over as he pulled it out. Neither of us had a clue how it could get there, though I suspect the people who put up my gutters a few years ago. Further digging brought up broken tile, so the drain pipe itself was broken, which cause the washing away of the dirt from the side of my house, not animal digging as i had thought. So Lenny and son gave me an estimate to fix and that day cut away my hedge, dug out the old pipe, replaced it with PVC, and refilled the hole. At all times, Lenny kept me informed of every issue and discovery. He was always polite and professional at all time. A very personable man. I hope his son continues in his father's ways. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family (and have already).

Lenny gave me a courtesy call to make sure we were still set for our appointment. He arrived on time and with his son. Lenny listened and assessed my drainage issues with a few downspouts I have had trouble with. He didn't try to sell me anything more than we had discussed on the phone. He and his son were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They did the work as I asked and even cleaned out an extra drain (just to be safe). Came to snake my downspouts and realized they needed to replace a small section of drain. While in the job found out a second drain tile needed replaced and did it. They needed to spend several more hours and dig much deeper. Did it without increase of price, or any argument. They just fixed what needed fixed, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!! they went so far and above what they needed to do that I can't give them enough kudos. They were also extremely gracious, trustworthy, honest and friendly. A rare combination in today's world. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Lenny arrived on time, listened to my issues and concerns, recommended a few things. He was professional, friendly, and knew his stuff! He spent about 2 hours or so (including a trip to get more parts that my job needed for rebuilding downspouts). He was very reasonable. Lenny and his son were fantastic. His equipment allowed him to specifically pinpoint and treat issues in our storm sewers and show it to me via his camera and camera locator technology. It's the most precise diagnosis of what needs to be done to ensure free flow of water away from our home. They were methodical in their approach and educational in communicating the needs for us. In the end, they recommended treating some of the obstructions with Root-X as an initial, low-cost step before incurring greater expenses. I appreciate their sensitivity to our wallet. We will see how it goes.

Storm drain running sown under the driveway now works well .. no water in basement from the drive wall and can hear the water flowing through the underground pipe. But he was unable to clear the breakfast room line because of the "rock". I had to excavate 4 clay pipes to find the rock and also putt out at least 6 feet of roots. There is still blockage in the rest of the line that goes under a sidewalk install with the new garage a few years ago so I will have to get him back out because I am sure there are roots and roof silt blocking that section of storm drain.
