This may be the best company I've ever hired (for anything), certainly the best plumber I've ever had. Save yourself the time and money and skip the big names, this family company will do you right. These guys will always be the first ones I'll call...Outstanding!!!

Our sewage line backed up into the basement. Lenny was quick to respond and schedule a time to come out to the house to run his camera and snake to clear the pipe. He showed us the footage as he went, and was able to recommend different routes to take to avoid another backup in the near future. Lenny was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time answer our many questions regarding necessary repairs to the line. We would not hesitate to hire him in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I've had other plumbers in the area come out and charge a small fortune to do the same thing, only to take hours and make a big mess. Sewer Tech. came out and had one heck of a clog cleared within 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I will always call these guys first in the future if I have any more problems. Lennie Knight explained everything while his son did the work, under Lennie's supervision. Price was as quoted as they did not find any problems with two other basement drains.

They were quick, accurate about pricing and knowledgable. They had great customer service, professional and were on time and quick with repair even with an unexpected issue that came up.

The work was done promptly and the problem so far has been taken care of. I will certainly use them again for any sewer problems that may come along.

Very well; Mr. Knight gave us a quote for service (our lateral was clogged with roots from the street to the house) to remove all roots and then camera afterwards to confirm removal. He showed up when agreed upon, did the work efficiently, and even provided a recording of the camera work for future reference. We will definitely call him again with all future needs related to our sewer system!

Responded quickly and got me out of a jam(excuse the pun). His equipment was a little primitive though.

Extremely well. Lenny came when promised, was very polite and clearly competent. After a short time studying the problem, he came up with what turned out to be the solution. After encountering an unexpected complication in clearing the drain, he had the tools and the knowledge to complete the job. It has rained heavily a couple of times since Lenny cleared the drains, and everything is running smoothly, no further backups. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, with his professionalism and with his pleasant demeanor.

It went well. He was punctual, polite and the price was within reason. I called and left a message. He called back within five minutes. Our initial conversation was both pleasant and professional. He stated that he would be at my house the following day at noon. He surprised me and called me at 11:45 to let me know that he was running late and would not be there until 12:30. What a pleasant change. Someone that values my time as well as their own. He arrived promptly at 12:30. He stated that he would have to look at the job before making any suggestions. He looked at the job that I had previously been quoted a price of $4,000. I had been told that the entire basement needed to be dug up. To my surprise, he stated he thought that he could do the job for $250 without digging up the basement. Two hours later he had cleared the drain. It is wonderful when you meet someone who takes pride in his work, his abilities and realizes the importance of treating customers fairly. I would use him again in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend Lenny and his company Sewer Technology to others. He is a breath of fresh air in his business. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

My sewer was block and call Mr. Lenny. He was out the same day and cleared the sewer in no time. He charged a very reasonable amount and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. Grade A company.

I called Mr Lenny at Sewer Technology and he agreed to come out the next day. I explained that Flexible Pipe Co. had been out and they said they couldn't get the snake through the pipe and they would have to dig up the basement to see what was wrong. Mr Lenny said he would take a look at the problem and if he was not able to clear the drain he would not charge me for the service call. He came out the next day at the appointed time and snaked out the drain and the sewage was able to flow out to the street. Thank God for Mr Lenny. He is a wonderful Christian man and seems to be concerned about knowing what your problem is and fixing it. He is very knowledgeable in his field and makes every effort to be reasonable with his rates.

Very well. One recommendation. Do not engage Lenny unless you get a written estimate for the services.

He was on time ,knowledgeable and prepared. He explained what needed to be done and why. He also recommended a product to assist with my tree root problem. I will recommend Lenny in the future and utilize his service.

My mother's sewer drains run outside of her house as opposed to into the basement and out. When toilet was flushed recently, a clean out cap on the PVC sewer pipe on the outside of the house popped off and poo water was flooding out with each flush. I checked AL and found sound good personal reviews for Lenny's Sewer Tech company. Based on reviews, I gave him a call and he answered immediately. I explained the situation, and he offered to come out that evening if it was an emergency. I said it could wait until the next day, so we set a 10:00 am appointment. He called me on the way to the house, and showed up on the dot. I was not able to be there, so mom met Lenny for the first time and showed him the problem. Twenty minutes later everything was unclogged and mom couldn't say enough good things about him. Mom's is elderly, and I really appreciate that he treated her so well, and took all of the stress out it for her. We will call him again if she has drain issues down the road.

Called Sewer Technology (based on Angies List recommendation), on Sunday morning. I did not expect a return call until Monday. Much to my surprise and delight, Lenny called me back within 30 minutes and we scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM Monday morning. Lenny was at my door with an infectious smile 5 minutes early. He fully explained what he was going to do. He corrected the problem in under an hour, including clean-up. If that was not enough, Lenny helped me move some furniture before moving on to his next appointment. Lenny truly exceeded my expectation. What more can you ask for. Thanks Lenny.

Lenny came out and I explained what my issues were and he gave his opinion on what the possible problem/s were and came back today and snaked my drain. Very responsive and a overall nice

Well what can I say, Lenny called back within 1 hour of our call. He made an appointment for the very next day. He was right on time, introduced himself to my wife who states she felt very comfortable with Lenny right from the introduction. He reviewed the problems with my wife and got right to work. Did a full investigation of every possible scenario he could figure from my wife's descriptions of our problem. I arrived 1 hour after Lenny had started his work and I found him waiting for my arrival with the camera already in the drain in my front yard. Lenny went back and fourth to each drain that I asked him to visualize and he did so without reservation even though he had already allowed my wife to see inside each drain. There was one drain we could not get all the way into due to an extreme angle and rust inside the pipe. Lenny offered to cut into the pipe at the other end and repair it afterwards but did not feel it was necessary. I was worried this was where my problem might be yet with Lennys experience and expertise we observed the route the pipe ran and did not see any possible visuals or smell like evidence that there was a problem. He was working there for at least 2 plus hours total. He was courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Charged the same he quoted not like others who look into 1st drain then charge 2-4 dollars each additional foot. I don't usually write reviews but this was the best experience I have had to date with contractors or tradesmen. Lenny could have added an easy 2-400 dollars to the bill just by working on a pipe that did not need servicing. We could hear the water free flowing through the when we turned on the sink and flushed the toilet. Give Lenny Knight a call, you won't be disappointed.

Lenny was very responsive with his communication and punctual. He had me watch the footage as he inspected the downspouts. Fortunately they all looked fine. He even gave me advice on drainage for a new concrete pad I am installing. My location is a bit far from his normal area but he did not hesitate to come. A joy to work with and will not hesitate to use again!

I called Lenny on a Sunday morning because I had a clogged sewer line. I previously had a similar problem in January, and another company came out to take care of it. They looked at my sewer line and told me it will back up again at some point, and the best thing to do is to replace the whole thing. They quoted just under $7000 for it. So, when my sewer line clogged up again, I frantically looked for other providers on Angie's List. Lenny had fantastic reviews, and now I see why. He was completely booked for the week, but was able to rearrange his schedule to come out Monday morning and snake my sewer line. He used his camera and showed me where problems are and gave me several options of things I could do before digging up my whole front yard. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and suggest that others get his opinion before assuming they have to dig up and replace the whole sewer line.

Lenny is the man. Hopefully I never have to use him again, but if I needed to, he's my first call.

He refused to charge me the original multi-drain clean out fee of round $300 we had discussed on the phone and only charged a basic inspection fee since he didn't do that work! This is uncommon honesty and professional integrity. He also explained clearly what he did, his findings and how things work. Although the problem is not yet fixed I've got the next steps to pursue and would definitely use him again if I need other drain work.

Lenny was prompt and courteous and brought with him a can do attitude. Lenny went right to work on the floor drain, and spent the next 3.5 hours working on the drain until it was cleaned out and the water was flowing again. For the 3.5 hours Lenny spent working on the drain and at the end to be charged only 300 $ I must say I was very surprised. I know that if I had called one of the larger well know companies I'm sure the bill would have been pushing 1000 $ I highly recommend Lenny and would without a doubt hire him again.
