Description of Work: I had a blockage in the main sewer line that was causing a back-up into the main house trap. After giving me an estimate if $275 for what should have been a 20 minute job to snake it out from the street, Lenny and his son eventually had to bust up some concrete to access the cleanout, which it appears some previous owners rendered nearly inaccessible. A 20 minute job turned into a 1.5 hour job. After getting the water flowing, they not only re-cemented around the cleanout in the basement floor, but Lenny also upgraded it by extending the cleanout with PVC and putting a new cap on it. He was reluctant to add anything to the $275 estimate, even though he spent alot more time and effort than any of us thought the job would need. When I told him I thought it was perfectly reasonable to charge for all the extra work they put in, he asked me if $300 would be okay. I gave him $325, not only for the hard work, but for being such a fair minded person - a rarity these days, I think. They absolutely won my loyalty and I will definitely call Sewer Technology LLC again if I have any issues.

Description of Work: Lenny and his son were a few minutes early, got right to work and cleared a root from the connection of our down spout to the storm sewer and showed us the video of the same. He was professional and friendly and communicated with us very well. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: I called Sewer Technologies because I had problems with my downspouts and a clogged drain. Lenny checked things out, cleared a clogged downspout (I had snaked it out and did not realize there was still a clog). He tested the drains and everything was OK. Lenny was very professional, arrived when he said he would, took care of everything and was pleasant to work with. I recommend his services.

+ 1 moreLenny returned my call promptly, and he was able to come out to our home within an hour or so, after he finished at another site. He was knowledgeable, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem and likely solution to us as he got started working. He quickly found the access to the sewer line in our front yard, well buried under grass. He took care in digging up the area of lawn that he needed to clear in order to gain access, and he was able to put the turf back in place in reasonable condition when his work was complete. We reside in an older home with some plumbing challenges related to prior poor repairs (e.g., basement drain cemented into place), and Lenny took the time to consider the best approach to these issues. He seems to take pride in a job well done, and we were happy with the service he provided. In addition, he was conscientious about keeping things clean, including asking to cover the carpet on the stairs and in the basement when he needed to take equipment downstairs. He also offered suggestions for keeping the sewer line clear in the future. He came well-recommended, and we would certainly recommend him to others.

+ 0 moreI am a long time satisfied customer of Mr. Night. I have own my property management company since 1996. I have hired Mr. Night on several occasions over the last 10 years or more. Mr. Night does excellent, professional work and he is always a man of his word. More recently, early May 2013 he worked on one of my Property in Shaker Heights. There was water backing from both the kitchen and bathroom sinks into the tub. It took Mr. Night no time at all to fixed the problem. Mr. Night put a clean out in the basement, snaked the drains and was done. Mr. Night was on time, our appointment was at 8 am on a Saturday morning and he did not charge a arm, leg and my first born. Good Prices !!!!!!!!

Lenny was at my house within an hour and did a great job and he is also a pleasure to work with. Recommend and have his card for the future.
