Lenny was great! He was early for the appointment & called when he was on the way. I had previously been told by another company that my main line needed replaced, which would require digging up my front lawn. I received quotes from two other companies & ended up using Sewer Technologies on the spot after talking to Lenny about the issue I was having. He was only there to quote. He explained to me what he felt the problem was & showed me what was going on. He asked questions & checked for things no other company has. Instead of replacing my main line, we ended up snaking the main line, which worked. The other company was incorrect, the line was not broken. He was honest & saved me a ton of money! He also gave me preventative tips to maintain the line. I could not be more pleased!

Lenny was extremely professional, on time and efficient. Even though it wasn't an emergency he completed the work within 48 hours of my call. He knew how to diagnose the problem and was done in less than an hour and gave the drains a clean bill of health before he left.

I cannot say enough about Lenny's professionalism and demeanor. He was wonderful to work with the entire time. In the past we've had people come out to do this service and they would be selling us ups and extras from the time their foot hit the driveway. Lenny was much more interested in determining what we really needed and actually talked us out of some additional services. The original service call was to have the storm sewers cleaned our and inspected by camera. Sure enough, Lenny showed up on time (called 30 minutes prior to arrival), carefully explained what he was going to do and did it. After he cleaned out the sewer ($200) he asked to talk to me about the second half of the job which was using his camera system to inspect the lines ($200) He told me that he would be happy to do the camera inspection but that he could tell from how easily the cutter had gone through the lines and how well the water was running past the various cleanouts that this would really be a waste of money. Greatly appreciated. On a whim, since we had some extra time, I asked him to take a quick look at our sanitary lines. Lenny offered to do this quick inspection at no charge. We are so glad that we did. Lenny opened up the basement cleanout and immediately knew something was wrong. He stuck his hand in and pulled out about a basketball sized clump of "stuff" from the line. Turns out we were on the verge of a major backup. The immediate relief from the stuff he pulled out bought us some breathing room and Lenny came back the next day and completed the cleanout of the sanitary lines for another $200 which was money well spent. In total we did end up spending the some $400 we had originally planned - but we ended up with exactly what we really needed and no waste or ups and extras. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LENNY!

Lenny did an excellent job. Showed up as promised and diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Lenny used a camera system to inspect the storm drains on all sides of the house. He flushed and tested every downspout and provided a running commentary while I watched the camera screen. He also ran the camera in the main sanitary line from the 4" clean-out in the basement to the street. Thankfully, all lines were clean and flowing but I was confident he would have been able to correct and repair any problems that were discovered. Most importantly, Mr. Knight was a true professional. He always answered his phone number and kept in contact while we scheduled the appointment. He asked good questions, was polite and made sure he cleaned up as he worked. The total cost for the video taped sewer inspection, downspout examination was excellent and I would enthusiastically refer Sewer Technology to others.

Lenny & his son arrives about 40 minutes after I called them. They were able to diagnose the problem & resolve the issue in under an hour.

I called Lenny on a Saturday morning and he came out that day to fix our main sewer line that was causing sewage to backup up into our basement. He was professional and did a great job for a fair price. I will be using him for all my future plumbing needs.

Received excellent service. this company has been of great service to me and my family for over 8 years and we recommend him to many. Lenny was called on 5/17/2014 and performed a snake out on 5/18/2014 at 2 pm and recommended the proper step to keep line clear of roots and other none items that would clog line.

Lenny arrived on time and went to work. Performed televised sewer inspection and also downspouts. Based on findings decided snaking the sewer was necessary.

It has been almost a week since Lenny opened the drain off the back porch. The yard is drying nicely and I am able to put topsoil and reseed the lawn. I am hoping all stays dry... Also Lenny gave me a $800 estimate to put in a larger drain if this one didn't get all the water. Right now, just opening this one area is sufficient.

Lenny was easy to get in touch with and stayed very communicative. He came exactly when he said he would and got the job done efficiently. My only concern was that he quoted me a flat $200 on the phone and it came out to $225. I'm not sure what the difference was for. I arranged the service, but my husband was at home when it took place, and he didn't remember why it cost more. Either way, it cost roughly the same amount as the last time we had our drain snaked out, so I don't feel it was unreasonable.

Lenny opened the main line in the basement and at the road. It was freezing cold and snowing at the time.

Had a re-occurring problem with the sanitary line backing up in a rental property in Euclid. My regular plumbed had come out twice to "fix" the problem and it came back. He was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. He had the proper tools to get the job done at a reasoanble price.

The last plumber (appointed by our insurance) said we should just live with an occasionally backed up sanitary line, that nothing could be done. Now our insurance owes us several thousand dollars to clean up our basement. They should have sent Lenny instead. He was prompt, friendly, fast and effective. He charged $250 for the exact same service another plumber charged us $800 for. No question Lenny will be our go-to guy in the future.

I was pleased with his efficiency and workman-like manner. He was recommended to me by another Angie's list plumber. I called him and he came the next morning to take care of the problem. His fees were reasonable given the work involved. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone in a similar predicament!

I called him this morning and explained my problem with the sewer in the garage. He said he would be there by 10:30 a.m. due to the bad weather. He called me back at 10:30 to tell me he would be 15 minutes late due to the bad roads and weather. He arrived on time and proceeded with the sewer project. He had it cleaned out in about 30 to 45 minutes. He also showed me the tree roots that were the cause of the problem!!! A very pleasant person and also his two sons. He also helped me get my frozen car door open so I could get my daughter to work!!!! Thanks soooo much for your help with both problems!!!!

I called our plumber to look at our backed up drains. He recommended that I call Sewer Technology which I did immediately. I talked to The owner, Lenny Wright, who said he could do it the next day. Lenny arrived on time at noon and within 45 minutes he had all of our clogged drains snaked out. He insisted that we look down into the clean out drains to see water running freely again. He brought cardboard to protect the carpeted basement floor. He recommended we buy ROOTX to put into floor drain in laundry area to slow the growth of roots. He said he would be glad to return to apply the ROOTX for us and told us where to purchase it. Lenny gave us a detailed receipt and offered an Angie's List discount, but we gladly paid the full amount, considering it a very fair price for the one and a half hours he spent at our house. Very relieved to have found him. Thanks, Elie, our plumber, for putting in a good word on our behalf, explaining our need for ASAP help.

Mr. Knight came out the same morning that I called, which happened to be Christmas Eve day in heavy snow. He very efficiently solved the problem and cleaned up an awful mess. He was very professional and charged a fair price. I will not hesitate to call him again or to recommend him to others.

The burping is gone but some odor remains.

Lenny was fabulous! Upon returning my phone call, he committed to arriving within a half an hour and did so! He snaked out our sewer line had it working in short order! Though an obviously unpleasant job, Lenny was always pleasant and professional. He went the extra mile and helped me clean up the basement after the job was done. Lenny and his company of Sewer Technologies comes most highly recommended from our excellent experience with him.

I had Lenny Knight contacted because my sewer line was backed up. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He got right to work once he arrived and kept me aware of everything he was doing. He was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. He even showed my the tree roots that were backing up my line and showed me products I could purchase to keep the roots from becoming a problem again. I called the owner Lenny, during the afternoon of 11/17/2013. I left a voicemail message explaining my problem (blocked sewer line) He called me back a short time later and told me he would come by at 9:30 a.m. on 11/18/13. At 9:20 a.m. Lenny called me to tell me he was running a little late. He arrived at 9:35 a.m. I was very impressed that he called to let me know he would be "late." Most people would have just shown up five minutes late. When he arrived, Lenny assessed the problem and went right to work. 30 minutes later my problem was resolved. Lenny was extremely professional and courteous. When he was finished he took the time to explain what he had done and gave me some maintenance tips to avoid the problem recurring. He also asked if I was a member of Angie's List; it had not occurred to me to ask him if he was listed on AL. When I told him I was, he gave me a discount. Lenny is a very nice man and I recommend him highly.

I just moved into this home. It needed a lot of things done to it. One of them was my gutters had overflowed and there were some problems with them. What looked to me like flooding in the basement, I called Sewer Technology LLC to come out and check them. Lenny came out and he was extremely nice. He was accommodating. He checked everything and came to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong the with the sewer lines. He mentioned that the gutters and downspouts were blocked. He told me that he didn't do gutters/downspouts in his profession; but then he took them apart and cleaned them for me. He showed a great amount of human kindness. I was very impressed with him as a human being and only that, he only charged me a small fee. I want to commend him for going above and beyond. I wished Angie's List would let me give him an A+, because I would definitely give him that.
