Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and washed outside of windows. It went OK - he did what he was contracted to do. There were some difficult spots on some windows and when I noted a couple, he scraped them, but when he was around the back of the house and I wasn't, he didn't scrape those. He also walked on the roof to do the gutters, which some professionals do not recommend. Finally, he didn't flush the gutters, which we didn't specifically discuss, but it's something I used to do when I cleaned them (before my wife said I couldn't climb ladders).

Description of Work: Whenever the snow was more than a few inches, I would call Adam. He came promptly and used a snowblower for the driveway. He also shoveled the front path, stairs and sidewalk. Since we have the house up for sale, the shoveling was very important when the house was being shown.

+ 0 moreMost will remember the all day snow on Saturday, January 10, 2009. I did not have a contract for snow removal and checked Angies List. I contacted Adam from RS Home Services on Sunday morning and received a return phone call within 1/2 hour. Adam was prompt, on time, very courteous and did a great job. He went the extra mile when I asked if he could call me when he was near my house. I have a broken foot and cannot get to the door quickly. He called ahead which was helpful and I appreciated.
Description of Work: Snow Removal from driveway. sidewalk and porch. My driveway is difficult as it has a strip of grass down the middle part of the way and then turns into a gravel drive.
