Rob, the company owner and another electrician arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were friendly and professional. Rob had no problem when I asked him to do a new antenna outlet in the family room even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. They had to move my heavy TV cabinet and run the cable from the basement to the wall on the first floor. That was a lot of extra work and he only charged me a few dollars extra. They were fast and thorough, the ceiling fans look great and we're very happy.

Rob is very responsive. Returned calls and emails promptly. Offered sound advice. Came and performed work as promised. Original proposal was for 7 lights, when they were getting ready to leave, I asked him to add one more. He was very agreeable and a pleasure to do business with. I would use him again.

Rob was very prompt to return calls and set up appointments and work within our time frame. The work was able to be completed in one morning. The work was completed as we needed and the area was left as very clean.

Rob was very prompt and courteous when he came for an estimate and he patiently answered all my questions in the days following while I made my decision. Once I gave him the go ahead, he went downtown to get the permit and came to do the initial work. Rob and his crew were very nice and neat. They even turned on the heat in the middle of the day to warm up the house since the electric needed to be off for approx. 6 hours. The electric inspector had no problem with the work. After the drywall was done and I called Rob to do the finish up, he came on my next day off with no problem. After the work was completed, he contacted the electric inspector who came out for the final inspection.

All went fine, assessment to work completion.

Rob was amazing! He was very helpful and informative. He was extremely responsive and very dedicated. I've already referred him to many of our family and friends. He was one of the few electricians that called us back and did what he said he would do. He was also very patient with us because we were unsure of what we needed. He and his helper were also very clean and organized.
