Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company in 2011 for: $99 for garage door tune up + roller replacement. That turned out to be expensive, because I had to get a new garage door. They did give me a deal on a new garage door, because I had some damage from the previous owners. They also had a good selection of garage doors to choose from.

They came the same day I called - the person was very knowledgeable and explained the situation well. He gave us three options for fixing the problem and we selected the middle option which was best for us. He was able to install the new belt drive operator immediately.

Description of Work: We had Matt Petroff as our technician for a 2-door garage. We originally only wanted him to install one opener but when he explained that the other system was 20 years old we had him replace both. He was able to finish in a little over 4 hours while working in 20 degree weather. He also showed up a little early (after calling to make sure that was ok). Both doors are working great.

Description of Work: Tech came out to service the door and provide new rollers. Tech stated that the door was damaged and unfixable and unable to be maintenanced. Tech advised a new door was needed. Company advised to get refund since no work was done and no rollers installed.

He told me that a tune up would not do any good and advised me to get a refund for the 2nd one

Description of Work: Bought the big deal garage door tune-up and roller replacement - had this service performed at my house and my and my sisters house. When I called to schedule they set up both jobs to be performed the next day. The technician, Jason, called enroute to be sure timing was good for me, which it was. Jason did the job of replacing rollers and lubricating areas required. He also adjusted the level of the track as it was installed incorrectly. He added a brace to the door opener. He explained to me where to lubricate things should I do so in the future and explained in further detail how the door has platic pieces inside the panels that become squeeky and how to lubricate that area..he fixed the trim along top of garge door opening that I had hit with my SUV' liftegate, adjusted the openers funtions. He then explained to me that my door is in overall good shape and went over a program they offer to upgrade the springs, cables, center and end bearings - this would then qualify those parts for lifetime warranty - I opted not to do this at this time, but will do so when the time comes to replace the door. I had him go over the different models of door openers that they offer and plan on replacing mine with the direct drive style when the time comes for that as well. I have a manufacturing background and was interested in the product and Jason took the time to get one out of his truck that he had for an install the next day, opened it up and went over the unit with me - Jason is very well informed and meticulus in what he does, I appreciate his enthusiasm. We then headed to my sisters and on the way I realized I had to go back for my phone, he pulled over and waited. When I left my house, the door would not close - I back to where he was waiting and got him to come back...turns out the wiring on the sensors needed wire nuts added (this has caused periodic problems in the past and I should have done this simple fix myself a long time ago)....so, on to my sisters, basically the same as above, except her door only had one spring and was not balanced. I decided not to update at this time as it was more of an investment I wanted to make on what was basically a gift of door tune-up from me. Again, when the time comes to replace the door I will advise my sister to go with Precision and the lifetime warranty parts.

Description of Work: Upon arrival to our home due to an emergency garage door situation, Bill Adamini immediately recognized the problem, started working immediately and repaired the garage door in record time. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant during the time he spent at our home. I certainly would recommend Bill to anyone who might have any garage door concerns.
