Precision Overhead Garage Door

I called for service and the service person came within an hour, adjusted the springs and advised me about the garage door and opener. Even though the spring replacement was just over a year ago, the adjustment was covered by warantee.

The gentleman was punctual, and very professional. We went over the problems with the garage doors, which wouldn't stay open, and the rest of the work order which included replacing the rollers and lubricating everything. He was done within the hour, and summarized the work he had completed. Also told me that though the doors were old, they were also in good shape and wouldn't need replacing for years. Second time I've used Precision Doors. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The technician arrived right on time and kept me apprised of his travel progress. During the garage door tune up he determined the company that previously worked on our garage door did not tighten the springs properly. The springs were properly adjusted so that the opener required less or minimal force to raise the garage door - i.e. the springs are now doing the work so that the life of the opener was greatly extended. Also during the inspection, the technician determined one of the bearings the shaft of the that the springs are attached was worn out. This was replaced. Our garage door has never been quieter or run more smoothly. Precision Overhead Garage door is an excellent company and I will use them again for annual service or when service is required.

I was very happy with the service. He was able to find more issues, and came back to fix the bigger problem before anything had gotten worse.

The technician is very professional and friendly. The technician also removed the old door for us. Everything was done within two hours and we have a brand new garage door that is nice and quiet. Very happy with the service.

Went fine. Honest. Made repairs quickly. Gave me options. Could have sold me whole system, instead made repair and told me I had some time but to monitor it. Very refreshingly honest.

Precision Door was very quick to call and schedule service. Anthony was out the next day and quickly determined that our cheaper tube shaft (new home construction) had broken. He was very up front with the problem and options to fix. We chose the lifetime warranty Precision Door spring option and the opener is back to working like new. Based on the quick response and the excellent and honest customer service from Anthony, we will certainly use them for all of our garage door needs.

Everything went extremely well. He explained everything he was doing, we reviewed his checklist and all items were addressed and corrected if necessary. The process took 45 minutes, He asked if I had any questions or concerns,he thanked me and left.Dave was very professional and courteous. I am very happy with the work done .
