Precision Overhead Garage Door

So fast (5 min or less) that I probably could have done it myself, if I had known it was so easy and what part to order.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous, and quick. The old rollers were replaced with a more sturdy metal version. No problems

It went very well. The tech didn't have the spring, but put in a temp fix that worked so we could get in and out, and came back the next day to do replacement. Tech was professional and explained everything well and did a great job.

It went OK. This was a "special offer" that I didn't completely understand when I bought it. The technician replaced the old metal door rollers with nylon ones, which (I think) cut down a bit on the noise. He also lubricated the door opener drive with low-temperature grease, which REALLY cut down on the noise. I'm not sure whether the grease was really included in the special offer (for inspection and advice about the door), but it was nice of the technician to solve my problem.

I called at about 9:30am. Bill, the tech arrived about 1pm (as arranged), reviewed the situation, and suggested options. I elected to convert from side springs to a torsion spring system. Bill had everything with him, and the job was completed in a few hours. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism and skill. He answered every question, and there were no mistakes in the procedure. The door now operates more smoothly and quietly than at any time in the 44 years we have lived here. I would recommend Precision to anyone, and they will be my call if I need further service.

I received prompt service. Two trips were required. The first on August 14th . A comprehensive inspection showed I needed the bottom weather seal center bearings and rollers . Aaron Cowgill was the inspector. Precision confirms the appointment along with a picture of the inspector so you know whose coming. Also brief social history. Very informative. Aaron completed the inspection and pointed out some things that should be done in the future. A return trip on August 19th was completed (bottom weather seal). I was very satisfied and would recommend their service.

I love the new garage door opener's. I would have never known that I could upgrade the garage door opener for so little of money. The new one is so quiet you don't even know that the doors opening. The garage door move moves smoothly and has a back up battery for when the electricity goes out.

The garage door has been working well for 6 months now and I plan to call them to do some more repairs in the future.

Recently moved into a 1950's house with a very old garage door opener. The motor and coils were in terrible condition and the lack of safety features made the heavy door very dangerous. He saved the vintage wood door but replaced the entire mechanism with high-quality parts and now the door is quiet, safe, and can be lifted with a finger. Excellent. He was very knowledgeable about openers. He work efficiently to un-install the broken one and install the new. He showed me how to register and set up the wifi connection. How to check on my phone about the door being open or closed and how to remedy it online. Very thorough.

Was told I would receive call when tech on way, both times. Never got a call. Was told the name of tech who would come out. Wasn't him. Tech needed to order a part, said i would get a call when in, never called. After 2 weeks I called. Set up a time for installation. Tech showed up without the part. Had to wait another week.

Charged full price for service call when I was informed by the representative that scheduled my appointment I could use the Angie's list coupon. Tried to upswell wife on replacement door opener instead of fixing. His estimates were very high. Called another Angie's list recommended service provider and they came out and repaired existing opener at a third of the cost quoted by Precision. This is the second bad experience with this company. Thought I would give them a second chance but same behavior on both service calls.

It was all good, They gave good suggestions and they advised what to do next after. Very professional, courteous, and prompt.

Everything was absolutely satisfactory. The gentleman who came went above and beyond the service I expected. There was absolutely no question that it was most satisfactory and I will contact them again. They were just super and the price was very reasonable. They honored a coupon I had.
