Precision Overhead Garage Door

Overall well. I was not anticipating needing the extra work. Just signed up for the $89 garage door tune up, and ended up having to do a lot more, but guess that's how it goes sometimes.

He was polite and courteous. He explained everything well and completed the job thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Precision Overhead Door was great. Shortly after purchasing the deal I was contacted via email by their office and offered several appointment options, based on my availablilty. We booked the appointment and I received an email confirmation that included the name and contact for the technician who was going to do the work, as well as pictures of each of the techs -- so that I would know that the person showing up was indeed from the company -- a very nice touch! Anthony, our technician, showed up right on time - at the early end of the apointment window. He did a thorough inspection of the doors, tuned them up, and replaced the rollers. It all took about an hour and we couldn't be more satisfied. We will definitely use Precision Overhead Door when it comes to our regular service needs - as well as for any future repair or replacement of our doors.

technician was prompt an courteous. He was very nice to my girls. He gave me an in depth assessment of my doors and hardware. He made sure I was aware of the special deal that was available. He performed the service quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with the service. If/when i need to replace the doors, I will use them again

Very professional. Tech was a really nice guy. Only reason why I wouldnt go back to them again is the price... I felt that it was overpriced, but I felt obligated to get the service done otherwise they'd charge me a service fee just for looking at the problem

They did very well. It was a big deal and they honored it. The technician was good and seemed trustworthy and honest. He helped me with the opener and went an extra mile and fixed the garage door opener.

Repairman was on time and very courteous. He worked constantly until the work was done including cleanup and removal of old parts and debris.

I'm sure the repair probably would have been good based on the other reviews IF the provider called me back to setup an appointment. It seems they use an answering service to take messages and there is no way to speak directly with someone in the office. I'm not sure if the answering service didn't pass the messages back to the office or if the office just didn't follow up to schedule a tech. Either way, this was a waste of time. Genie of Fairview took care of me promptly.

It went very well. They sent me a picture of the installer, he was prompt, courteous and did a very nice job. I would employ this company again in a snap.

They came out and did an excellent job. The garage still operates well.

The work man that man out name was z and he was wonderful. I tried to give him a review but the website was down.

Our garage door would not stay open and the technician adjusted the sensors. Upon a full inspection of the door, the door springs were very old and as a safety measure we had them replaced. Work was preformed in a timely manner and work area was cleaned.

The tune up was great and well worth it. He called before arriving and was punctual. Went right to work performing all the inspections and adjustments as agreed. Very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely call this company for future repairs.

We have a very heavy wooden door that is 2-car size. With one side of the pulley system broken (cable sheared), I could not lift the door myself. I called to see when I could get an appointment Saturday afternoon. Will arrived in a couple hours. Superb competency and personality. He presented three levels of repairs; I chose the most thorough as we intend to stay in our Century Home. Now the door buzzes up and down effortlessly.

All the work was done in a timely & professional manner. I was very satisfied with the work performed. I submitted a review to Precision Door praising the installer expertise.

The button on the automatic garage door wasn’t working and I was willing to pay extra for that to be fixed. He did the tune up and replaced the rollers. He told me the entire garage door needed to replace so he wasn’t willing to look at the switch. He also said the springs could break at any time. I called my regular garage door company to get a second opinion. They were able to fix the switch for me and said the bottom section of the door was the only part that needed replacing. I felt Precision was just trying to make an extra sale from me.

Bill was very nice and made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the problem very straight forward. He was efficient. After he fixed the door he went over what he done. I would recommend this technician to friends and family.

The provider came at the appropriate time; did all the work to our satisfaction; cleaned up and left followup contact information. Good job.

Rip off ...call anyone else and u will do yourself a favor

I've rarely ever seen such exceptional service from a company. Both the gentleman who made the original service call and Ryan, the specialist who came out to do the work, were incredibly dedicated, professional, honest, and and passionate about their work. They genuinely seemed excited for me and were proud of the company they worked for. When it came time for the work to be done, I watched Ryan obsess over minor details long after the new garage door was in and working properly, before informing me that the work was complete. The new garage door works like a dream and looks amazing, and I'm very impressed by the affordable lifetime warranty they offer, where they replace all parts for life, free of charge, including springs. I can't sing this company's praise enough. They did an amazing job.

This felt like a bait and switch deal. They showed up on time, I purchased two deals for two doors. They replaced the rollers and tuned them up. They then began to try and sell me new springs. I told them just please do what you came to do and I’ll think about it. One of doors was sticking, they said they fixed it. Several days later it began to stick again. The other door was not making any noise, after they left, it began to make loud noise and sounds as if it going to break.

It turned out fine. They came when they said they would and did what I asked. I have no complaints on them. I had no problems getting in touch with them, and they were very responsive.
