Precision Overhead Garage Door

It turned out good. They did really good. They're very helpful and very courteous. It was a good experienced. It was a fair price.

Scheduling was very easy. The Technician arrived on time and inspected the garage door and opener. He checked the condition, tested all of the features including the safety functions. I asked his opinion about different types of garage door openers, rollers, etc. and he was happy to answer any questions I had. He replaced all the rollers were replaced and lubricated any parts that needed it. I would recommend both the company and the technician who came out.

Will took great care of the garage door. Had an appt. scheduled between 8-11 a, and he called about 8:15 to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Took him less than half hour to perform service and make recommendations.

Anthony called ahead of time to verify appointment time, and arrived on time. He performed general garage door maintenance, lubicrated rails, replaced the rollers, and checked motor performance. He offered some suggestions for additional improvements/repairs that we may follow up on at a later date. Anthony was courteous, engaging and a direct, clear communicator. He was a pleasure to work with.

The company responded within a week to the special deal. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I chose to have the left door redone, as well as take advantage of the deal. Considering the cold and damp weather in which he worked, he did a remarkable job. I plan to replace the right door mechanism and remote in the near future.

Service representative was punctual and very professional. (this guy gets an A+ in my opinion) Job was completed in under 30 minutes, also great. However the door is still extremely noisy even after roller replacement, squeaking and creaking when going up and down. (why I ordered the tune up to begin with) So while I feel Precision delivered on my contract... I don't feel it solved my problems. I was not offered any additional services to solve my problems at time of tune up. (I would have been more than willing to discuss anything that made the door less of a noise nuisance.) The representative did tell me that the noise should go away or at least lessen. It has not.

Very well. Paul Broschk was my tech. He was on time, introduced himself, kept me informed and explained what I didn't understand. It was less than 24 hours from order to completion of job. I am very happy with the results and would recommend their services. While Paul said he gave me a discount on the keypad, the final bill seemed a bit pricey to me at 550 dollars. Ouch.

The service went great. One technician came out and completed the work in about 3 hours. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this technician to others. I have a lifetime warranty with the company so if I ever have an issue all I have to do is call. The warranty is also transferrable if you move. It was very easy to schedule the service. The door was stuck and they came out right away.

He completed the work included through the deal. He also installed an extra screw in the sensor for no additional charge. I didn?t compare pricing, but I thought the cost was fair. There were no problems with the service. The job was completed in about forty-five minutes and he cleaned up well. They did a good job.

I had been having problems with my old opener system. A Precision Door technician came out to service it after I purchased a tune-up on Angie's List. He looked at the issues I was having...noisy, too heavy to lift, rusty springs, etc. He explained the causes of the issues and gave me a quote to repair and one to replace. I chose to replace. I now have to open my car door to make sure the door is opening in the morning - it's that quiet.. I can lift the door easily if I have to, have a keypad to allow me to gain entrance when I am out working in the yard, and the light goes on anytime I step into the garage. It also has the safety beam that keeps it from closing when anything is in its path. Paul Broschk, the technician who came out, did not give a hard sell when I was considering the new system, which I appreciated. He said that while they might be a bit more expensive than other installers, their customer service was topnotch. I must say I agree with that observation. I have been very pleased.

It was fine. There was some upselling that went on. It was good quality work; although for what I wanted him to do, he upsold me. It took about a week for him to get back to my call. I just wish that he had completed the work in a more timely fashion. When he got there, he was on time. I had no problem with them whatsoever.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and replaced the rollers. However, additional repairs were recommended at a very high cost that were not necessary. I do not expect to use this company again.
