Only complaint is that they suggested replacement of garage door when I'm not totally sure it was necessary.

We suddenly had all power to our garage door openers go out. We checked some obvious things but could not solve. called and they came next day. It turns out it was a GFS outlet that he just reset and they worked. He said since not related to doors no charge but they oiled and checked doors for safety and any thing that might have caused it. Very pleased great guys knowledgeable and professional. I got this provider from your little booklet you send each month. Thanks Angie.

Excellent - responsive, easy to schedule. Installer arrived on time and did excellent work.

The man who came seemed to be very knowledgeable. He suggested that we have a new door put in. He said he changed the roller bearings and so forth, and I believe he did. But he did right away try to talk us into a new door. The door works perfectly well, but was squeaking. His work seemed to be very professional. I would recommend him but tell them to use caution.

The technician was prompt and did a thorough exam of our garage door. After pointing out some serious issues that needed repair I was given my options and different price brackets to choose from depending on how much my budget could afford. I was given expert advice on how to proceed. Would recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the work Matt did. He called before coming out, as I had requested. He explained what he would do, and did the work quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated how the new keypad and remote worked. He also advised me of future work that may need to be done. Matt is a very pleasant and personable young man. I will definitely call him the next time I need any kind of service.

It didn't go very well. Precision came out to fix rollers on garage door. They left and I still had the same issue, they came back out tried to repair and it still didn't work. And to make matters worse every time they came they kept trying to up sell different products and I was not going to do that. I ended up calling another guy that I found on my own, and he ended up coming out and repairing what Precision failed to do not once but twice. I told him that I was an Angie's List member on two different occasions because they had advertised that I would save by doing so, but I still didn't get my discount.

It's not that the serviceman was unprofessional, but was trained to sale repairs on garage door. Truly shocked after he checked and diagnosed what could go wrong with garage door if I didn't pay over $660 for better repair and close to $800 for best repair. Truly felt taken advantage of and turned down suggested repairs. I called another garage door company out and he checked door and said no repairs were necessary. It was $35.00 service call, not happy I paid for extra service call, but happy I was not taken for $600 to $800. Unbelievable!

TOLD THEM TO HOLD OFF. THEN CONTACTED A DIFFERENT COMPANY WHO GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $350 . IT IS A SCAM COMPANY JUST WANT TO MAKE TONS OF MONEY WITH NO MORALS

We were very happy. It made a big difference, our garage door is working. The good deal was one part of it, what we need is the servicing, which is the most important part. I will use them again in the future.

It was great. I've used Precision before, to replace my track and opener. As before, they were outstanding communicators. They told me what was going to happen and then did it. They came at the beginning of the time window they gave me, and gave me a heads up when they were on their way. The garage door installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. He told me how long it was going to take, and it took almost exactly that long. He did a great job of cleaning up after, also.

The door had been making worse and worse sounds for a while, so I thought this deal from Angie's List was a good place to start with Precision Doors, since they has installed the door 11 years ago. Anthony came out to change the rollers and look at the door and it was fairly obvious it needed more, as we thought. Anthony was very knowledgeable about what had been done previously and his recommendations made sense. He worked efficiently and was done quickly. The door sounds great.

Provider did work as expected and garage door working much better.

The provider was late to the job, that made late for work. he came changed the roller that were not in bad shape at at all, then inspected the garage door and trying to get me sign for 1000$ work that he said that i need to do for my garage door that wan not closing all the way down. Asked if he could put some tension the door spring and he said that he will not do it and insisted that i have to agree to the 1000$ job that he said i have to do. I said since he was already at the job if could pay him extra to tighten the spring and then he said that's not possible at all. Bottom line is if you buy the 89$ Garage door tune up you will only get your garage door roller change and that is it, there is no tune up involved, however the technician will try to sell you more than what you need. This deal is not a deal at all, you can get an estimate for your garage door need for free with no pressure added.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He answered all questions and did not pressure me to have unnecessary work done. I made the decision to replace entire unit instead of just the gears. I would highly recommend this company.

The job went very well. I have an older home and the old garage door opener was very loud and shaky. You could hear it from anywhere in the house. The man from Precision replaced the whole thing, and now it is so much quieter. You can't hear it from in the house like you used to. I needed a third door opener, and he only had two, so he said he would come back later in the day with another opener, and he did. He even programmed the button in my car for me. Very nice service. Very happy with it.

Greased roller, checked out door and mechanism controlling door, made sure everything was working right, gave me some pointers on maintaining the opener. I was very pleased.

Representative was thorough and included explaining to me the risk of not completing the upgrade work, and just going with the purchased deal. The deal included replacement of all rollers, lubrication (which was not needed), and overall inspection. Once I decided to go with the "best" offering which included a lifetime warranty, the work was completed within the next 1.5 hours. No debris was left behind.
