Description of Work: RICK HELLER AGREED TO CLEAN AND PERFORM MINOR REPAIRS TO OUR GUTTERS (WHICH WERE IN SERIOUS NEED OF CLEANING AND REPAIR FROM PREVIOUS SEASONS OF NEGLECT UNDER A DIFFERENT OWNER). WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR EARLY NOVEMBER. MR. HELLER CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED THE WORK TWO ADDITIONAL TIMES IN NOVEMBER, INITIALLY SUGGESTING THAT WE WAIT UNTIL MORE LEAVES FELL AND LATER INDICATING THAT HIS SCHEDULE WAS HECTIC. WHEN I CALLED HIM IN DECEMBER, HE SAID HE HAD AT LEAST 30 ANGRY CLIENTS WHO ALL WANTED THEIR GUTTERS CLEANED. HE AGREED THAT HE COULD PERFORM THE WORK AS SOON AS THE TEMPERATURE ROSE ABOVE FREEZING (WHICH IT DID SOON AFTER). HE HAS NEVER PERFORMED THE WORK NOR CONTACTED ME TO CONFIRM THAT HE WOULD (OR COULD NOT) PERFORM THE WORK.
