Description of Work: Was extremely impressed with North Coast Insulation and Ventilation's professionalism, attention to detail, careful installation, and friendliness. They know what they do, they do it well, and they aim to please their customers.

Description of Work: I had an unusual situation, they had great ideas, were on time, under budget! Very professional!

Description of Work: They insulated all of the exterior walls in our home

Description of Work: Increased blown in insulation to 18 inches. Installed batting around attic opening. Rerouted bathroom vent pipes. Foam sealant around pipes to prevent heat loss into attic. Installed insulated, zippered, attic door cover inside attic opening, accommodating drop down ladder, to prevent heat loss from attic opening. Already I noticed the house was cooler when it was hot outside yesterday. The insulation also helps with keeping attic heat out of the house.

Description of Work: He came and gave me an estimate on some attic work. I have not yet had the work performed but he agreed to apply the original purchase price to the cost of work in the future.

Description of Work: Baffells installed in the attic. Vent for bathroom fan installed in roof, kitchen lights and various items in attic wrapped for insulation, added expanding foam to open areas near attic steps and insulated an old set of steps the best they could. Very impressed!

Description of Work: Blew in Cornings fiberglass insulation, only problem is that 500 sq ft is not very much, so had to pay more than 2x + the special price. But arrived early, were very neat, worked quickly, showed us the completed job and answered any questions.

Description of Work: I had North Coast come out and give me an estimate on installing insulation in my attic crawl space. The man who came out was very nice and friendly. We decided not to go with this company because we decided to go with cellulose insulation. This company told us they would use fiberglass. He also did not think that we needed to add insulation to the knee walls, which two other companies told us that we should. We also discussed installing an attic fan and vents for better ventilation. Overall, he seemed to be knowledgeable about the service and product he provides. The estimate he gave us for insulating the crawl space was $795, which was about the same as other estimates we received for the same area.

Description of Work: Took out old attic fan and sealed and replaced with new solar fan. I called them on Friday afternoon in a panic because there was a hold in roof left by my old fan. I put plastic on it and they fir me in before another job on Monday mornings. I liked their friendliness, speed & quality.

Description of Work: 2nd floor: removed siding exterior walls, drill and insulate w/OCF Therma cube 4" R 15 value. Plug and replace siding. 1st floor: remove siding, drill, insulate and plug OCF therma cube 4" R 15 value. Plug and replace siding. Drill and fill window wells. Insulate floor of dining room overhand per specifications. Insulate 6x6 dinette floor per specifications. Insulate room over dinette.

Description of Work: INSTALLED INSULATION IN ENTIRE UPSTAIRS, BATHROOMS, AND INSTALLED FAN IN ATTIC.
