Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous and professional and gave us a quote good for a year, The quote was a lot of money ($15 - $18K) but they were going to do a lot of work. We obtained an independent engineering analysis subsequent to their estimate that suggested that there were less expensive solutions that we might try first, and we did. So the scope of work Mural proposed appears not to be necessary at this time.

FOUNDATION WAS SINKING AND THEY POURED CONCRETE UNDER THE FOUNDATION TO STOP THE SINKING IN 1998. THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND WALLS EVEN STARTED TO FOR CRACKS. THIS SUMMER 7/02 THE OWNER CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO US. WE DID NOT GET A PROPOSAL BACK UNTIL MID OCT. BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE PROPOSAL WE CALLED THE COMPANY TWO TO THREE TIMES ASKING FOR IT. WE HIRED A NEW COMPANY AND THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY DOING A DIFFERENT METHOD.

IT'S NICE TO KNOW THERE ARE STILL BUSINESSES OUT THERE WHO ARE MORE INTERESTED IN DOING THE RIGHT THING THAN IN SELLING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
Description of Work: I AM WRITING BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE MURAL DIDN'T PERFORM. I HAD SEVERAL CONTRACTORS OUT FOR A CRACK IN MY BASEMENT WALL. WHILE MOST TRIED TO PUSH THEIR PRODUCT, MURAL'S REPRESENTATIVE, GREG, DID NOT. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A SMALL ENOUGH JOB THAT I COULD ACCOMPLISH THE WORK LESS EXPENSIVELY.
