Purchased a new home. Hired Mighty Maids to perform a pre-move in cleaning of the entire house. Ladies arrived on time and performed a fabulous cleaning of the entire home. I was so pleased that I also hired them to clean the house I moved out of prior to putting the house on the market. Again, they performed a wonderful job in the old house as well. Have called and hired them to clean the new home again.

There were some things they did not get to as it was a big house but they did a good job.

When my tenant and her pet moved out, the rental unit needed a thorough cleaning. I had already hired another individual and paid $100 for this job, who did . I found Mighty Maids on Angie's List, with time running out and a new tenant waiting to move in. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule the job for Saturday morning. They sent two people who worked for an hour and a half and did a fantastic job. It cost me less than the $100 I had already wasted on another individual cleaner. I would use them again in a second.

it went great. The crew showed up on time, they were polite, took initiative to do extra tasks, they were friendly, and worked quickly. It was a very positive experience. I will be contacting them soon to come back on a regular basis.

Having been laid up with a cancer diagnosis for 6 months, my home needed a serious deep cleaning. I called and hired Mighty Maids based on the supposedly "A" rating at Angie's List. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! Two women showed up at the scheduled time, their only redeeming quality. After 45 minutes and checking on their progress I approached the women. I asked if they had completed the upstairs of our home and they replied "Yes". I very kindly pointed out that the blinds were not dusted, the doors and trim were not wiped down, the vanity in the main bathroom was filthy, and the ceiling fans were not clean. I told them that time and money were NOT an issue, I just wanted the job done properly. I didn't care if they took 6 hours or 2 - as long as the job was done. They were only interested in speed racing through their "job" and our home, even after pointing out the areas they had missed. They ended up "dusting" the ceiling fan...... all other areas mentioned stayed the same ---- not cleaned. We live in a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath house. The half bathroom was entirely missed, ???????????? HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? after the two women told me that they were done. By this point I just wanted them out of my home. I was seriously disappointed. Merry Maids did not vacuum underneath the cushions of furniture as advertised. Any object within a 2 foot stretch will NOT be dusted. Be sure to move every object in your home because if they have to move ANYTHING, the underlying surface will not be cleaned. Their "own cleaning supplies" were sorely lacking, I wish they had used mine. They showed up with a filthy dirty Dirt Devil and dirty rags. Most telling, as they were leaving, one of the women said, "I wish I could come home to a house this clean, mine is filthy." Unreal......... This company is a disgrace!!!! Do not waste your money on Mighty Maids. My 10 year old could have done better and would have charged less. Diane Diamond

They were professional and they did what I asked and did a good job.

They were very professional and efficient. They helped me with a lot more than just cleaning.

They do an excellent job, used them several times. Some of the cleaners are better than others, but I've never been dissatisfied with any of them. (One thing to note: make sure you note what time they arrive, they don't really keep track of time and they'll overestimate if you leave it up to them.) Definitely a good hire, and the pricing is good ($60 per hour, usually takes about 1 -1.5 hours to clean my 2 bedroom townhouse.) Don't hesitate to give them a try

I explained to them what I needed done and they followed my directions well. I have used them about 3 times in the past and would use them again.

They did complete cleaning of the house. They were three women who came in and got the work done. They responded well. They were very efficient. They didn't talk much while working. They were professional.

They are very good. I've had them for a couple years now. They are dependable. The jobs turn out very well.

They are good. They are okay. The work that they did was good. They did the job that they were supposed to do and it was clean. I would recommend them to others. I would use their services in the future too.

They were terrific. I chose them because their ratings were high. They were very thorough and we've had them back a couple of times. They do a good job.

For the first house, they did a general cleaning, but it wasn't anything spectacular. Two people came out, and it seemed to take them a very long time to complete a small house. On the second house, they did a general cleaning, and they left cleaning supplies out. This house has two young children and they left the supplies out in a way these children could get to them. They were very friendly and nice. On the first house, they were very punctual, however, on the second house they were not. I am unsure if I will use them in the future.

They arrived on time and got right to work. I explained what I needed done and they did just that. They were very efficient and were done in 1-1/2 hours.

I have used them 2 or 3 times in the past and I had been pleased. But today, they broke a vase. It was not an expensive vase, but I had search extensively for that vase. One women went into the bath room and came back out pretty quickly. I went in moments later and nothing had been done to the bath tub area. The tile and the bath tub had not been touched at all. The faucet area hadn't been polished and the drain still had rust around it. I called the women back into the bathroom and then it still wasn't completed. The other women working came over and finished cleaning the bathroom. As I walked into the kitchen I noticed that she hadn't cleaned the microwave door either. She came back in and cleaned the door. These are not large issues, it was just strange for those items to not be taken care of. In the past, I have not had to look over the work before the cleaners left and I was disappointed to have watch after them. It seemed as if one of the women was trying very hard to do a wonderful job and that the other women's work was not up to par. I am unsure if I would use them in the future.

Three ladies came-out, so they got a lot done. They were constantly working and didn't waste a lot of time. Certain areas looked a lot better than they have in a long time, especially the kitchen floor and other surfaces in the kitchen. They were very polite.

They were terrific under not-too-fun circumstances. I'm disabled and let things get away from me more than I should, but there was not one complaint from the ladies. They were nice and friendly in addition to as thorough as possible in 2 hours.

They were very pleasant and nice on the phone and they offered a full refund of the $120.00 charge. They apologized and offered to redo it but we did not have the time for that.

They did a good job. They were here for a couple of times at a couple of hours each time. They did a good job I would hire them again.

I had tried another company before and was not so happy with them. I tried Mighty Maids but it did not involve extensive cleaning because I had decided to have it done once a month or 6 weeks. I tried them because they had a good rating and also my experience with the other company was not good. They were cheaper. However, they damaged some things and they tried to hide it. That was the reason I was so upset with them. I have a little thing that holds utensils and other medicine stuff and such things. It has little pegs that just slide off. Apparently, the woman did not realize that they slid off. She thought she had broken it. I went to use my other medicine on Sunday and put my hand in. She had stuck one of the utensils and one peg in the inside of the other medicine and hung it back. That was the first problem. The other problem was that she tore a calendar. She was not paying attention when she took it off the wall. She pulled it off and tore it. I will never have them again.

He responded quickly, and we appreciated his prompt reply. Although we did not use this company, we would consider using them in the future.

They do a good job. They stay on top of things and are very detail oriented. I don't have negative at all to say about them. They are very responsive if there are any issues that come up and address them, and the ladies that come out and the office staff are very helpful. We also have a couple of animals on the property and they can clean out a litter box if needed or rearrange their schedule to come out if I need them for any special events.
