They did a good job. There was an unexpected problem with the valve in the shower, but they were able to order one and have it delivered within half an hour. There were additional unexpected issues and they were able to resolve them with ease. It took about four hours to complete the work. They even arrived on time at exactly 8am. I am very pleased with their service and I would hire them in the future.

He said I could get a new furnace but that it wasn't really necessary. I told him that a resident was having difficulty selling her unit since she still had the original furnace and Patrick gave me a ball park figure as to what a new one would cost. I gave him my email address and he was to send me more details and also refer me to some web sites so that I could check out furnaces ex: Bryant and Lenox. I never heard back from him

Overall the install went well. Most other companies quoted a much higher price and two days. McPhillips associates got the job done in one real long day, which was ok with me ......it didn't require me take additional time off work. The boiler install went well overall. Where I had problems was during the city inspection. The city did not agree with the piping configuration, so additional work had to be done. It became problematic getting the crew to return here to do the work. Overall despite the issues I'd still use this company again. I felt very comfortable with my sales person and the guys on the install crew.

I have an old heating and ac system; McPhillips came out, did an inspection and cleaning, and recommended I call them in the Fall to check again, unless I have problems running the ac during the summer.

We spent about $300. They snaked out the main water line. The experience was good. Everything was done on time. There was no problem. We will use them again in the future.

So I finally called McPhillips at 8:30am and asked if they did that kind of work and she said absolutely. Told me Mike would be there between 9 and 10. Mike showed up around 9:30, replaced the pipe, fixed it to the house and told me that the house would probably fall down before the vent pipe did. And he was right. It's there for life. I love McPhillips. They are prompt, all the guys are courteous and pleasant as well as the office staff, and I would not use any other HVAC company.

We are satisfied with their service. The last time they came was when we had a problem with the air conditioning not working because our filter was clot. They are a really big company.

We use them for both heating and air conditioning needs. We have always used them. They are fine. They are pretty responsive and fast. We are using them again for some work, very shortly.

Curteous upon arrival. Quick diagnosis of problem. Went out of way to find a motor for my older furnace. Installation went smooth. I had heat back on within 4 hours!

They have serviced the air conditioning before. They hadn’t cleaned it entirely. When they came back the second time, there was no charge at all. Their work has been satisfactory, and I am pleased with them. Their prices have been fair. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. In the past, I had used them for plumbing and then I decided to use them for more work. They were very reliable. They also replaced a hot water tank for me.

McPhillips is always prompt and does a complete, thorough job. The plummer was Rick Light. He was done other plumbing jobs (see other reports) for me and is always professional, work done in a timely fashion, and will recommend any other future work that may need to be done. All questions are answered and if there is no problem (as in the case of the loose pipes), then an explanation is given and no unnecessary work is performed.

Toilet was blocked and exact cause unknown. Called McPhillips and a plummer came out within 2 hours. There was no emergency charge. Toilet was unblocked and checked. The only possible explanation was the type of toilet paper (2 ply) used. I was told that some toilets don't operate very well with 2 ply toilet tissue. After replacing with 1 ply tissue, no problem has occurred. The plumber was Rick Light. He was done other plumbing jobs at my house and all have been corrected with no additional problems. He is professional and the company responses to problems quickly and jobs done promptly.

Everything was great, they explained their work to me professionally. They were here right on time and very responsive to my needs.

I was surprised with the price of just snaking a drain, I did not use them.

It went really well. Bob the repairmen was honest, efficient and respectful and on time! The A/C unit is 27 years old. He didn't try to sell me anything, but rather gave me the info I needed to make the decision of repairing or not. The first inspection was in April. Bruce in the office said it needs to be 50 degrees or warmer to test the A/C. They came back in June (my choice of month) and did not charge a service charge. I am recommending them to the entire neighborhood!

The technician kind of scared me at how out of breath he was. When he was going back to the truck he almost fainted, which was very nerve wracking for me. It was very disconcerting.
