John worked very quickly from room to room in the house and then went out to do the perimeter of the house. There was minimal odor and it dissipated very quickly. We were very pleased with his services. We would definitely hire him again and would recommend him without reservation.

I called Lewis sometime in October to come out to our house to do a pest control treatment. We really were not having many problems but I bought this coupon more as a preventative measure with the cold weather coming. Lewis was on time, professional and polite. He sprayed the my main floor and the outside of many house. Although the weather has been cold, I have not have any problem with pests. Lewis was a very nice man and I was very comfortable with him in my home.

Logistics and coordination were challenged by bad weather and then we somehow fell off service provider's radar. Probably not the type of experience anyone else would have with Mr. Lewis, but unfortunately it was ours.

I heard something in my basement making noise all day long. The sound didn't seem to move so whatever it is/was must have been stuck somewhere. I called Lewis Exterminating and left a message the next morning with three phone numbers to contact me. I never heard from him. So if /when I start to smell something I will call a different exterminator.

He pointed out what the problem might have been and educated me on the problem. He was in and out rather quickly. The treatment has been very effective.

I was pleased that they cared enough to call and let me know that they don't service my area. They initiated that contact, and they could have just waited and let me call them. They were very polite and professional.

There was some mix-up initially on the scheduling, not sure exactly who was to blame for that. When they did come, I was surprised that they were just working out of the trunk of a car, nothing to indicate it was a company car. They did spray as requested but we have seen little evidence of reduced insect populations.

I called to make an appointment and when mentioning the big deal he stated he would have to be in contact with me because he hasn't received any payment from Angie's List. I asked about what this deal included and he said only the basement and baseboards. I mentioned about our attic and said that no bugs go up in the attic and he was an older man without ability to get up in an attic that required the person to pull themself up. I was a bit surprised about his lack of professionalism and contacted Angie's List for a refund because pest treatments in the past went up in my attic, as well.

We have seen no evidence that the rat has come back. He did a very good job, was pleasant and professional. I was pleased with what he has done.

Mr. Lewis came promptly when I called him and set the trap. He had to return once to reset and rebait the trap, and on the second try it was successful. He had the skunk picked up and removed. He called several times to check on whether the skunk had been trapped (it took a few days), and called again after the skunk had been removed to make sure we were satisfied. I was very pleased with his service and his courtesy and would call him again if I have future pest problems.

Everything from start to finish went well.

Mr. Lewis performed the work personally. He is very knowledgeable and we are satisfied and have a follow-up treatment planned after 30 days.

I wasted TWO WEEKS with this guy. I gave Lewis 3 addresses to assess. He went to one address, left a card, and then stopped contacting me. I called, emailed, and when I finally got in touch 2 weeks later, he said "I lost the other addresses. Let's just let this go." Unbelieveable.

Mr. Lewis took my call and scheduled the appointment. He was very easy to work with. He came in the day set, at the time he had quoted. I had purchased a coupon for his services. He arrived with another man, and one sprayed outside, the other inside. I appreciated that he didn't try to up sell me on any other services to increase his revenue for the service call. It's hard to know how effective his services have been since this was intended to be a routine exterminating visit, not for a specific problem. Still, based on this experience I have found my exterminator.

The bee prevention was an extra $140. They were very good and did a good job. They showed up on time and cleaned up very well. I thought they were very professional.

We had an emergency when a swarm of bees surrounded our house, entered our basement and got into our bedroom and living room. We called Lewis Exterminating and within two hours he was at our home, identified the problem, and was able to not only get rid of the bees, but also rid our house of ants. Mr. Lewis was professional, friendly, courteous, thorough, and days later he called to make sure that the problem had been eradicated. I plan to use Lewis Exterminating in the future, and highly recommend his services.

It has been 2 weeks and I have not seen one bug of ANY kind since. When I first contacted Mr. Lewis, he said that he might be able to fit me in that same day and would call by 2:00 if he thought he could make it. He was on my street already when he called back. Luckily, I was at home. I was glad that I could have the services performed so soon, although I would have preferred a little more notice. They sprayed the entire interior, 2nd floor, main floor and basement, the entire outside perimeter including porch and deck, 2-car garage, and driveway and walkway. He and his assistant were very thorough, friendly and pleasant. I will keep them in mind should I need exterminating services again.

I called first thing in the morning for suspected termites in our garage. Fortunately they were carpenter ants, which are not as expensive to treat. Mr Lewis was on time for our 1 pm appointment and by 1.50 pm all the ants were dead. There were tons of them and his assistant sprayed inside and oustide the garage and the nearby retaining wall made of railroad ties. He and he helper wore blue T shirts which identified the company. John was firendly and pleasant, professional and I would call them again if necessary. The garage was swept (my broom) and debris collected. He offered to return for free within 2 weeks if anymore ants show up. I feel sure the problem was corrected.

John has a lot of experience that was helpful. Nice guy to deal with.

I went to Angies List to find an exterminator. I saw that Mr. Lewis was offering a coupon for half price services. He had a good rating, so I decided to give him a try. I was not familiar with his company prior to this visit, but would definitely use him again. He showed up on time, seemed confident he took care of the problem, and assured me he would check back with me and return if the ants were not gone. I will definitely use him again

They are excellent. I would rate them highly. They have always done an excellent job. He did a thorough job. That’s why I just keep them. Once I find someone good I just keep them. They are very clean. If I have a problem or need anything done they will do it. They always come on time. They are very efficient and I really like them. They are very professional. Their prices depend on the job, but they are very reasonable.
