Smooth, i showed him the the entry point and he went to work. an half hour or so he finished up. He showed up when he said he could (on a weekend) and charged me a very fair price.

It went very well. Mr. Lewis was prompt and attentive. I haven't had any problems at all with ants.

Did a good job of resolving the issue...mice or chipmunks under deck. He set bait traps with poison that resolved the issue. He followed up a week or so after to check on things to make sure everything was working.

We asked Mr. Lewis to come in and exterminate all kinds of ants in our home. He did so expediously and in a friendly manner and told us as well that he would come again and exterminnate any remaining ants if needed at no cost. He did an excellent job and we did not see any need to ask him for a redo.

I had a rental property with some ants. I called Lewis and his team was out the next day to ***** the situation and treat the interior and exterior of the home. He came back out to do a second treatment (under his 2 month guarantee) since we were still seeing a few ants. Overall very courteous, professional, timely, with reasonable pricing.

Professional, on time. Lewis thoroughly inspected entire basement and living room wall that had what appeared to be a mud tunnel; no indication of termites found. Will keep close eye out for tunnels and definitely call back again.
