The gentleman that treated was knowledgeble and seemed to do a thorough job. I'll let you know in a few weeks if it worked, especially the mouse issue. The only complaint I have is that the gentleman had to call the owner when I said I was going to pay by credit card. He then spoke with me and said he wouldn't be able to give me the 10% Angie's List discount if I paid by credit card. I did not have enough in my checking account so he had me post date a check. for 3 days later. This will still leave me "short" since I planned to pay by credit card and his ad clearly states he takes credit cards with no indication he would charge more! So I was happy withe person doing the work but defintely not with the owner. He also had me makethe check out to him personally.

Went very well! Hornets were on outside of house and had nested in a vent near the roof. Sprayed a mist within the vent; the hornets were gone within two days. Service was very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend service through Lewis Exterminating CO.

The tenant said it went well. I was not present.

Mr. Lewis got back to me promptly and was able to work with my time frame. He pointed out where a raccoon might get into the attic from outside but advised us that it was unlikely that it was living in the attic. He left the trap set up for 2 weeks. He was right - no raccoon. But his price to set the trap was reasonable and he is very nice. If the critter comes back, I'll call him again.

It was the first time I ever used them. I was looking around for somebody new as the company I was using is out of business because the old man died and his two sons, who ran the business, quit the business too. Lewis Exterminating was pretty courteous and informative when I asked some questions of why they were doing it. They didn't give me any problems about why I'm asking those questions but went straight upon the answers. Their price was better than other places I asked and gotten estimates. They were there when they said they would be there. When they made the appointments, they showed up.

We heard an animal in our attic and inside a wall of our home. We found Mr. Lewis on Angie's List and when we called he responded quickly. Mr. Lewis set a trap and overnight caught a squirrel. When he came to remove the trap, Mr. Lewis assured us he would humanely release the animal. He did not charge us for the disposal of the squirrel. Mr. Lewis was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. We enjoyed working with him and would not hesitate to contact him again.

They came just a few hours after I called them. He took care of the problem and did a great job. The price is good, the work is good, his demeanor was great too.

Mr. Lewis called and told me when he would be at my house. He then called and wanted to know if he could come early. Mr. Lewis was on time and called to tell me that he whould be there in about 15 min. Mr. Lewis was very perfersonal and did and excellent job. He told me if I see any more bee's to call him. I saw no bee's after he performed his service. I would recomend Mr. Lewis to anyone.

Nothing ever happened. We would not use him even if he did call us back.

Mr Lewis arrived promptly at agreed upon time. He was friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. Since the original treatment Mr Lewis has followed up via telephone to inquire if a free follow-up treatment was needed. I informed him that he had done a complete job and no follow-up was necessary. I highly recommend Lewis Exterminating to anyone.

He was very nice and quick, right when I needed him. He even tired to make it the same day. He did great and had a great personality too. Also he was able to take check or credit card which made it very convient.

We had bees coming into our windows and it required being able to reach them from the 3rd floor of a building. I called John Lewis is and he quoted a price (95.00), he also planned his schedule around being at my home in the afternoon when the sun was in the area and the bees would be out. He called ahead of time so that I could leave work and meet him. I appreciate not having to spend half the work day at home waiting for someone! Everything was perfect. He did what he said he would, was extremely polite and courteous, charged exactly what he said he would and took care of the problem in one visit. He even followed-up to ask if everything worked and if the bees were gone. I would highly recommend John Lewis to anyone.

I called Mr. Lewis to see if they could come and investigate some small bugs I was finding in one side of my basement. He was going to be in the area the next day so he was willing to call me ahead of time so I could leave work and meet him at my property. He gave me a price estimate right then. He was very prompt. He and his associate inspected the basement, recommended a stronger solution which would have a smell for a bit and proceeded to treat the basement, kitchen floor since it was not carpeted and the entire outside of the house. The final price was exactly what he quoted the day before. They were very thorough with the treatment and recommened I wait a few days before going donw and removing the bugs. He said to call anytime in the future if they return, Mr. Lewis actually followed up the next day to see if things were ok and reitertated to call him if there were any further issues. I would recommend Lewis Exterminating and will certainly use them in the future if meeded!

They were prompt, courtesy and addressed my problem.

I hired Mr. Lewis to do a service today. He called me and was very unprofessional to the point of me determining it would not be beneficial to utilize his service. I cannot speak about the work he does, but if I or a customer hires someone to do a service the customer should not feel that they are being counseled by the service because they did not answer the phone. I would not recommend Mr. Lewis' company to anyone because of his unprofessional attitude.

By far this was one of the most pleasant and professional companies I dealt with in quite some time. The service was beyond my belief and excepted my expectations. I had no knowledge on how rodents will damage your home and foundation. The CEO of the company was kind enough to explain to me the proces and walk me through the products he would use to resolve my problem. After the first attempt I was a little afraid the problem was not corrected, however to my surprise the CEO (Mr. Lewis) came out personally to assess the problem and re-baid the property without charging any additional fees. I will use and recommend this company if you want courtesy and professional services rendered.

We had noticed the presence of mice. We arranged an appointment date with Mr Lewis. On the scheduled date Mr Lewis appeared. Prior to his services, we had been catching several mice a month, generally in the kitchen and pantry. Since then we have no evidence of mice being present. We were so pleased with his work that we contracted with Mr Lewis to deal with the more difficult problem of mice in the garage. It is too soon to comment on the results. I am pleased with the efficacy of his service.

Took a while for them to show up and they didn't seem real knowlegdeable of the chemicals they were working with.

It went good. He sprayed the interior and exterior of my house. I had asked him to spray the interior of my attached garage but unfortunately he ran out of spray liquid. He told me that the BIG DEAL promotion only included so much square footage so the spray that he manually made up supposedly covered only this certain amount. Since I hired him only for preventative maintenance, not an actual pest problem, I did not decide to have the interior of the garage done. I have used exterminators in the past and I just felt that he was not as detailed as other companies in his spraying of areas around the house. However, I did not have any real pest problems that I could see this summer/fall season.

Excellent from start to finish...they guys worked both inside and out, and no bugs...good job
