Description of Work: I did not use this company because as I was trying to ascertain the cost, the warranty of services given, and other information, the owner became rude and berated me for being "price conscious" and further became annoyed at the two week time lapse between our first conversation and the last conversation. You bet I am price conscious as it is my money and I worked for it. A little courtesy goes a long way with me---Mr. Lewis seem to have exterminated all of own courtesy.

Description of Work: This guy shows up and throws some what I guess is mouse bait throughout my garage. I told him that I'm hearing this animal in the walls of my home. He basically told me that the animal (who knows what it is) has gotten through some cracks in the garage wall. I said what will be done? He said it's mice, because he saw droppings in the garage. He baited the garage. I told him that I believe it' more than a mouse. I didn't hear several, it was one noisy animal. He asked if I had seen any in the house. H*** no! I said it was in the wall! He said not to worry. $250 later nothing but bull$$it was done and I continue to hear the animal in the wall. I called him back at one point and he blew me off. Well ...here it is KARMA calling your name. Did you really think you were going to take me for $250 and I'd do nothing? If you want to get rid of whatever animal is invading your space don't call this guy! Oh yea I'll also be calling the better business bureau. Oh by the way your 2 month guarantee is a f*$$ing joke. What ever is here never went away. If you use this guy you're a fool.

Description of Work: Had mice problems in my home; he said he would take care of the mice and where they were entering; he had a 'helper' set traps in my home while he gave directives via his cell phone as he sat in the car in my drive; no points of entrance were address; he said to call him in one week to report if there were more 'droppings' which there were; they came out for a second treatment, whick he did come in the home; points of entry were still not closed but he did make suggestions; i currently relocated a bait trap d/t finding some droppings; he did state if was only good for 3 months

Description of Work: Lewis exterminating was timely and professional. He assured us if we continued to see the carpenter ants after 1 week he would come back and treat my residence again at no charge. I was satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Sprayed exterminating fluid, keeping in mind my cats and family. Came back to check the following week and re-sprayed. Seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Would use again but hope I don't have to.
