+ -1 moreThe technician that came to my house was great! He was so helpful, he explained everything, including what could have been the problem, all while diagnosing what WAS the problem. He found what ended up being the problem, fixed it, cleaned everything up, checked to make sure everything was running efficiently and correctly (including temperatures, PPM, etc.) and explained a lot of general upkeep and maintenance stuff. I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I found this company, and I will DEFINITELY be calling them back ANYTIME I have a problem.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. The weather the night before was horrible and schools were closed that morning but they still got there, completed the job and helped me reset my thermostat. I will call them first next time. The most important thing to me was that they communicated with me before the appointment and on their way to my house. I never had to stand there wondering when they might arrive.

+ -1 moreI have the furnace serviced every year and K&K was the first company that went above and beyond. Checked all components for proper function, combustion, and thoroughly cleaned the unit. It was not the typical hit it with a vacuum and done. He removed components and actually cleaned them. Excellent service would use again and again. He is truly someone I would trust to be fair and honest and excels at his trade.

He also made a recommendation for replacement of both the furnace and A/C with pricing estimates so we can plan accordingly. I will continue to use and highly recommend K&K Heating and Cooling.
Description of Work: I have used K&K Heating and Cooling on three occasions - once as an emergency for a rental property and twice at my home. Keith is very responsive and professional. He assessed the problems and fixed them. One is an old gravity furnace that needed the furnace/ignitor cleaned/replaced ($148); the other is a 10 year old Train that had a service then the control panel and ignitor replaced ($569). He does not push you to replace old furnaces, but he does make professional recommendations and explains why he thinks it is for the best. We are trying to make our old furnace last a little longer before we replace, and Keith is helping us do that.
