Excellent service! He was on time, went above and beyond just re-keying the locks-he also adjusted the doors so the deadbolts would go in all the way. The quality of his work is great and he cleaned everything up when he was done. I would absolutely hire him again!

Joe evaluated the lock and repaired it. I initially forwarded him a picture of the lock so he would know the type of lock, he advised me that it was an expensive lock, but he was sure he could repair it instead of replacing it. He did a great job.

Joe was great. Answered phone right away and called back within a half hour to confirm the time/date of appointment. Gave a phone call when on the way and arrived right on time. Replaced a lock/deadbolt and re-keyed the rest of the house in about an hour. Would use Joe again for any locksmith needs.

I called Joe when a lock to our back door needed repair. I had previously had a very unsatisfactory and time consuming experience in trying to have it repaired. Joe fit me in quickly and made short work of the repair. On the way out, I asked if there was anything he could do to help us finally get a key to our very old front door. Joe keyed the front door to match the key we used for the back door. We had avoided calling out a locksmith for this in the past because the amounts being quoted for the work over the phone were outrageous. Joe is affordable, professional, and such an amazing locksmith. We highly recommend him!

Great...we didn't need a new lock...just parts.

He did the same very professional work we have come to expect from him over the years. when he was finished, he also worked a bit on two interior doorknobs that have a tendency to come loose. Fixed, tightened and explain what to do so I could handle it in the future. He gave us a discount for being repeat customers (over 20+ years, mind you). An excellent experience at a very reasonable cost. Joe was a pleasure to deal with, as always.

Joe installed 3 new door locks at my daughter's "new" house. He keyed all of them so that one key opens all three doors. He was very prompt. Returns calls immediately. Provided advice to us on what locks to consider buying. Scheduled a time to come to the house and he was there on the dot! It was a pleasure to work with him.

Joe was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day. He saw the problem right away and was able to modify the strike plate, which fixed the problem. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
