Description of Work: Joe rekeyed four locks for a home I recently purchased. He performed the job in a timely manner and also explained exactly what he was doing. He is personable and knowledgable.

Description of Work: He fixed my locks without replacing them and fix the doors where they needed to be fixed. I thought he was great and the price was right.

Description of Work: Joe unlocked and replaced a door knob + lock on a dutch door and another door knob. He did a good job and was good to deal with.

Description of Work: Called Joe and he was able to come out that day in the afternoon. Wanted him to rekey all of our exterior locks to new/same keys. He saved us money by keying the older doors to the same key as the ones we recently had installed (keys were still secure in their shipping package). While at our house he showed me how to adjust locks when doors swelled and explained how I could order a lock for a door he didn't carry parts to. Very friendly, courteous, and quick with his work.

Description of Work: They repaired a lock on our front door. It was stuck. They unstuck it. He was very helpful. Left a voice mail for him; he returned the call. Came when he said he would; did what he said he would; charged what he said he would. Pleasant, helpful, courteous. Went very well. Family felt very satisfied with his service.

Description of Work: I had a busted lock fixed for an old iron security door that is no longer made. I also had that security door and my other one re-keyed so one key works for both. The work was top-notch. I took pictures of the door and sent them to him via text and he let me know up front that the challenge would be finding a replacement lock for the door but that he would try to locate some old parts to get the job done. He came by the very next day and he indeed had parts to fix it! He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire time from setting up the appointment until he arrived. He worked fast and made sure my new keys worked and my old ones didn't before he left. He also offered suggestions on extending the life of the locks. Very friendly, professional guy and the price was right! I highly recommend his services and will be using him again myself for another job!
