Joe was professional in every way. Communication was great. On-time. Explained everything. Attention to detail. Cleaned up—even had his own little vacuum. Made sure I could operate the lock. Had me check around that he cleaned up satisfactorily. Excellent price.

He arrived an hour after I call after seeing him on Angie’s list. He enlarged the hole at the deadbolt and strike. He modified some of the items I had bought to make them work better. He was done in 45 minutes and did a professional job. I was satisfied with the job and call him again if I need a locksmith.

Joe is a great guy and very easy to get a hold of. We talked for a couple weeks and he helped me decide what I wanted out of options I had researched. He gave me price quotes on multiple options and we worked on everything from there. Joe completed the work today and I am extremely happy with the results. He worked on every door to make sure the knobs and deadbolts locked and unlocked as they were supposed to and cleaned up sloppy work from the previous owners. I will definitely use him for any future needs.

Joe gave me several options from the cheapest to the most expensive (new lock). I decided on the lowest cost. He was prompt and work done was quality. My lock is now easy to use without jiggling the key forever!

I can't say enough good things about Joe. He was such a nice person and very professional. He was out on time (even called to see if I needed him to come a little earlier, which was appreciated), did an excellent job and charged a fair price, which he quoted me on the phone. He had me try all locks with the old key to verify it no longer worked, and then with the new keys. On one lock there was something wrong with a spring inside the lock itself, noticed as I was testing the key, and he fixed it quickly. I will definitely recommend Joe to anyone!

Joe came out the same day I called. He was professional and was able to re-key all the locks and condense the keys down to 2 for the entire house. I would highly recommend him.

If you need a locksmith, look no further. First: Joe was super responsive. He called back right away, and followed up until we could agree on a time for the work. Second: He uses top-quality Schlage locks. No cheap stuff. If you want cheap locks installed, he'll do it, but I trusted Joe. Third: He worked quickly and professionally. He cleaned up all scraps and dust and changed five doorknobs and installed four deadbolts in a couple of hours. Fourth: He knows his stuff. He knew what brand doorknobs I had just by looking, and had just come from a Locksmith's convention – always looking to improve!

Joe was very responsive and re-keyed all of our locks, seven in total. He even customized a cover plate to match the existing lock. Everything works perfectly.

Joe did a great job and went above and beyond by sorting through a basket of old keys to determine the match for a garage door - he helped solve the problem of how to open the garage door if power or opener failed. He cleaned up after his work and gave me positive feedback on the types of doors and locks in the house I just moved into. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Joe was friendly and professional, but most importantly, knowledgeable. He returned my call promptly and came out the same day to re-key my entire household. I was very impressed when he packed up all of his tools into his truck and was waiting to be paid, and noticed a door I had forgotten to tell him about. He unpacked his tools and completed the extra door...which also caused him to have to stay a little late, without a complaint and without an added fee. He completed the work about a week ago, and we have had no problems or concerns. He is honest and charged us fairly. I would not hesitate to hire Joe again, or to recommend him to my friends and family.
