Joe was not only affordable but reachable and responsive.

Joe was very prompt & obviously an expert with locks/key. He was able to fix (rather than replace) a malfunctioning lock on my house in a matter of minutes. It works beautifully now. Joe was a pleasure because he was professional, explained what he was doing, & also was courteous. I would highly recommend his service.

Great - a bit of miscommunication at first - he called my house for a confirmation while I was already waiting for him on site (make sure you give him a cell phone number to reach you). Once he arrived, he worked diligently, suggested improvements for security and function and cut a break on the price because the job didn't go as smoothly as he would have liked (I was happy with it, though).

He was kind, professional, punctual and courteous. He also was extremely kind to a very old Golden Retriever. Which was appreciated by all.

Joe did a great job. He was extremely accommodating, very reasonable and came right on time. He even did the work while our movers were moving us in. I would definitely use him again.

If you are looking for a locksmith, this is the right company. Joe was very professional and cordial. He did everything he said he would. We had an 11:00 appointment and he called at 10:30 to verify and state his estimated time of arrival. He worked with me to establish what needed to be done and worked around other people that were installing an alarm system. Great service!

Joe came out personally and performed the work. He was friendly, courteous and arrived when he said he would. He called ahead of time to advise me that he was on his way, and confirmed the time he would arrive. The work took Joe about 2 hours to complete. He used upgraded materials, as I requested, put in much better peripheral hardware than was there before, and took me around to each door to try the keys he provided to make sure they all worked on each door. He was a good guy who does a fine job. I would definitely use Joe again.

Very pleased with his work; he arrived on time, and even called me a half-hour ahead of time to give me an estimated time of arrival. He worked carefully and efficiently, and did suggest some improvements to our locks (like mortising the strike plate on our front deadbolt, which was not done previously), and replacing the cheap, short screws on the strikeplates with longer ones. He also fixed a deadbolt on our rear door, and gave me as many copies of keys as I asked for at no charge. Excellent work!

Joe came out the day after I called and stayed much longer than he anticipated for two reasons: 1) I didn't understand all the options to changing homelocks(due to a burglary);and 2)the conditions of the existing locks & doors in this old home were in poor condition. The total cost was $300. but I got 5% off as an Angie's list member. I would definitely use Joe again.

We have used Joe before, and he is very easy to work with. He gave me a thorough estimate over the phone, came out the next day and called more than once to confirm the appointment and tell me when he was just a few minutes out. One of the locks was jammed and gave him a terrible time. He called another locksmith to come help out. He came, they fixed it, and still charged me only what he had estimated. I was so impressed! I can't recommend this business strongly enough!

He is really, really nice. He fixed a lock very quickly and then fixed another lock on the door. He didn't try to oversell me. I was very happy.

RESPONDED NEXT DAY TO MY SERVICE REQUEST. LOCKSMITH WAS FRIENDLY, DID QUALITY WORK AND ADVISED ME AS TO LIKELY CAUSE OF BREAKAGE AND HOW TO PREVENT IN THE FUTURE. HE ALSO GAVE ME USEFUL SUGGESTIONS ABOUT ADDRESSING OTHER L SECURITY ISSUES IN COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER.

JOE WAS ON TIME. HE DID THE AGREED UPON WORK EFFICIENTLY AND NEATLY. HE MADE SURE THAT ALL THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. JOE'S PRICE IS VERY COMPETITIVE. I DID COMPARISON SHOP--I'M JUST SURPRISED HOW EXPENSIVE EVERYTHING IS NOWADAYS!

JOE WAS VERY PROMPT AND POLITE. HE HAD US MAKE SURE THE KEYS AND NEW LOCKS WORKED BEFORE HE LEFT. HE EVEN STABILIZED THE DOOR FOR US.

HE COULD'VE HAD US PUT NEW LOCKS ON BUT KEPT OUR COSTS DOWN BY FIXING WHAT WE HAD AND ISSUING US NEW KEYS.
