Joe did this work for my elderly parents. Dad used to do all of this work himself, but at 96, is no longer able. Joe spent time working on the locksets and explained what was happening and fixed both of them. He was very patient explaining what he did and what likely happened to cause the issues. Originally scheduled one week out, he had some time in his schedule and called and came early. Would definitely hire him again.

Joe answered my initial call promptly and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later. He called me to say he was on his way about 30 mins. before our scheduled time. He was prompt and suggested that -- even though my deadbolt lock was fine -- I might want to put in the upgraded Kwikset deadbolt that was in my set. But Joe let me make the decision; he did not pressure me at all. He quoted me his prices before the job was started and completed it in less than 60 minutes. He finished the job by getting his Shop Vac out of his truck and vacuuming everything up on the carpet that was the result of his drilling. Joe is a complete professional. (And he gave me a small discount for mentioning Angie's List.) Highly recommended. (Note: he is located on the Westside, so if you are in the Eastern Suburbs, you'll likely need to wait a few days for him to come out to you. Still, he's totally worth it!)

First - Joe is very flexible and easy to work with. I had originally scheduled him to come out and I had mistakenly scheduled it for when I wasn't home (totally my fault) and Joe was totally understanding and was able to come out the following business day. Joe and his colleague Jim were very professional and friendly (even with my pup!). They had all of the locks (4 knobs and 5 dead bolts) within an hour and provided me with the extra keys that I wanted. Could not have asked for a better experience - definitely recommend if you are looking for a locksmith! Joe are awesome!

Although it was an Anderson door & lock, Joe was able to adjust hinges and relieve the downward pressure that prevented the lock from working. He advised me to contact Anderson and get the hardware, which he would then install, but, in the end, he got me through another season. I called him mid-morning, and he was here by mid-afternoon. While here, he did a few door knob adjustments, and removed an ancient lock box on my front door. This is the second time Joe has fixed various door locks for me. He is very professional, so friendly, efficient, and of course, it was amazing that he was able to be here the same day. I'm not sure that's always the case, but I am so grateful. The patio door is my only access to the outside where I feed the birds every day. Sounds like a small thing, but it was huge to me. I love this guy!
