I called in the morning to have the locks replaced. Joe called to tell me when he would arrive. He came out late afternoon the same day to do the work. He was courteous, efficient and very skilled, making sure everything fit properly and worked. Prices were given for service rendered and materials both during the initial phone contact and on the job site after seeing what needed to be done. The work was completed in under an hour.

Joe was able to fit us in the same day I called to fix the lock mechanism on our back door. He assessed the problem quickly and replaced the parts. Very courteous and professional. Lock is now working perfectly. Would definitely call him again and have recommended him to others.

Joe was very responsive and did an excellent job very quickly and professionally. We scheduled the job over the phone and he called about a half an hour before he arrived. He was actually a bit ahead of schedule which worked out great.

Joe was professional from start to finish. I contacted Joe a few days before I would be in town to make the necessary arrangements for a new tenant in our single-family home. He was not near his schedule at the time, and said he would call me back in about 20 minutes. Within 20 minutes, he called me and we confirmed the date and time he would arrive. We had 4 locks that needed to be rekeyed. One of the locks was very old, and other had told us it couldn't be changed so we would always have a separate key for this lock. But, when I showed it to Joe, he indicated he could replace the cylinder so that the key would be the same as the other locks. When the work was done, the locks looked amazing, worked better than they have had, and were all on 1 key. Joe is now my go-to locksmith. Thank you for doing such a great job!

First of all, when I called this company, Joe answered the phone. So I was able to make an appointment right away. He asked me a lot of good questions in advance so he could come prepared. He also gave me prices for specific materials and servicesin advance. Secondly, on the day of the appointment, he called to confirm it. Thirdly, he showed up within the 2-hour time window promised. Finally, the advice he gave me, and the work he did, was perfect. He spent time with me answering my security questions which was important to me. Finally, and no less important, Joe Fradette is a really nice guy.

Joe did a great job changing and rekeying the locks in my son's house. Joe responded right away to our inquiry to change the locks. He was able to come over the day after we called him. He was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to change your locks.

Joe Fradette the owner came out and gave me a quote. He discussed 3 options with me (low, medium and high price/quality). I picked the medium one. No pressure and no sales pitch. He was on time and very easy to work with. I accepted the quote so he ordered the parts and scheduled at time to return. Again he was on time and did a great job. I have two doors that each needed the door handle replaced with locks and needed some adjustment because they were missing the plate on the door frame. He took care of everything and did a great job. He even helped me pick a replacement door handle that would work with my existing keys.

Joe fit my job into a busy schedule; called ahead; arrived on time; unlocked the broken door; replaced the 70-year-old door handle, and cleaned up after himself. Did everything I could have asked for.

Joe is always extremely prompt and professional. He could have recommended that I replace my lock buy instead suggested the cheaper alternative of re-keying my locks. His prices are ridiculously reasonable.

Joe was very responsive and timely. He quickly came to my home and rekeyed 8 locks (1 handle and 1 deadbolt on 4 doors). He even showed me how to do it again in the future if I needed to do it. He was able to adjust 2 deadbolts that weren't fully locking, and he re-drilled 1 deadbolt where it had been incorrectly drilled the first time. Overall it was cheaper and quicker to have Joe come and fix all my lock/deadbolt issues and re-key them than it would have been for me to change or replace the handles and deadbolts. I would definitely call Joe again if I needed anything!

Joe is an excellent communicator. He kept me informed of possible openings and when he arrived he quickly changed all the locks. His work was clean and the locks have never worked better. He gave me several honest options. When my business needs the locks changed, Joe will be the first person I call. I truly appreciate his services!

Everything went great! I foolishly locked myself out of the house on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Joe and within 20 minutes he was at my house, within 25 I was back inside, within 30, I'd written him a check and within 35 he was on his way. He even tightened up my door knob while I was writing the check. Great, friendly, service at a great price. What more could you ask for?

We were pleased with the service we received right from the beginning. Upon placing our inquiry regarding replacing a lock, we were contacted almost immediately. After a short conversation, a time for the service call was set up. He showed up promptly as scheduled, fully explained what was being done, asked for confirmation that this was the work required, replaced the lock, had us test the keys, and completely cleaned up the area. It went great. I've never purchased locks before and Joe made recommendations and explained that you can have the store re-key the sets alike which is more cost effective than having a locksmith do it. So we got to pick out what we liked and he installed. Joe was very responsive and also communicated via text making everything easier. We have a 1926 bungalow with newer doors but I still wasn't 100% sure the locks were standard, Joe said send him some pictures and he confirmed that the locks were standard before we bought the locks from the hardware store and the installation was quick and easy. I will definitely call Joe again when the need arises and would highly recommend using his services to others!!! thanks joe!!!
