Joe is punctual, pleasant and knows his job very well.

I contacted Joe and he was more than accommodating to get me into my garage. He even rearranged other non urgent appointments around to fit me in sooner. He also stayed around to help me figure out why my garage door opener wasn't working. I was very satisfied with his service and would definitely hire again. I will recommend him to family and friends in need of a locksmith.

Excellent. My Mom was extremely pleased with his service and professionalism sm. At my house Joe identified the reason my side door mechanism was getting stuck. He repaired the mechanism and reset the striker properly in the door jamb and then replaced the lock. That door works so smoothly I can't believe it. He knows his stuff and was a pleasure to meet. I was able to schedule him at a time that met my needs. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, we went over the work to be done, and he went over a few options including matching new deadbolts to original key sets in terms of look/material, and gave me quotes for all of the options. We agreed on the work to be done. He let me know that it would take a few hours and I felt comfortable to leave him to do his thing while I tended to some other work and errands. He called when he was finished and walked me through the property to test the keys, pointed out a few carpentry issues / damage to a door frame that I may have otherwise missed, made enough copies for landlord and tenants, and had the keys separated and organized in a way that made sense. He also saved me the parts on a couple old deadbolts, fixed a loose deadbolt column on one door and a loose doorknob on another. He offered a discount through Angie's List as well! Joe was thoroughly professional and I feel great about the added security at my rental property. Highly recommend, would hire again! Thanks, Joe!

I'm having to defer making a decision on who to hire for a larger locksmith project I'd like to do, however I want to rate Joe an "A." Based on our communications via Angie's List, I am very impressed by his responsiveness, punctuality and responsiveness thus far.

Great! Joe explained all the necessary work and followed through exactly as he said. There was a lot of work that needed done and he made sure everything worked and that I was happy. He replaced 3 locks, rekeyed 10 locks, replaced missing strike plates, re-bored a few doors....a ton of work. His prices were as discussed on the initial phone call.

Joe was most excellent in his professionalism and his overall disposition. The 30 year old deadbolt was a challenge and with his calm and tenacious attitude, he removed the extremely damaged lock, found a replacement deadbolt, and Joe even repaired the slightly off kilter door so that the entire door/lock system works flawlessly! Even my office door needed tweaking and he did that so that everything would be perfect. What a joy to find a craftsman - someone who does his work with pride and integrity! Thank you!

Very satisfied with all aspects of service.

He immediately noticed that the lock was a residential one and did not fit correctly in the commercial door. He surmised that if he replaced the lock for a commercial lock it could solve the problem. He had one in his van, changed it and it worked. The price was very reasonable and i would absolutely hire him again. I highly recommend his services.

Joe first tried to repair the lock, avoiding the cost of a new replacement, which I appreciated. Although he repaired the lock, he was not happy with its performance and suggested replacement. I agreed with his assessment. He keyed the new lock to match the others in the house and adjusted the strike plate. We were very happy with the service provided.
