Description of Work: Locked closet door. Faulty. Richard answered call right away and agreed to come out later in the day. Had to replace drum. Also fixed other lock/door issues while there. Nice guy. Clean, professional and prices very reasonable. In house for about an hour. Called when he was on his way. Learned a lot about my locks.

Description of Work: They replaced the lock on one of the doors to conform with the city's code for rental properties. The person arrived promptly and the work was done efficiently. I had already purchased a lock from the hardware store, so the cost includes labor only. I would call them again.

+ -1 moreRick Bausone was able to come to my house the same day I called him, for which I am extremely grateful. He arrived on time, then quickly assessed the locks and went about re-keying them. He also cut the number of new keys I wanted. His work was performed quickly, neatly & professionaly, and I believe his fee was very reasonable. Overall, he exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to hire Highland Security Lock Service again and/or recommend him to others.

+ -1 moreI called Highland Security Lock Services and spoke with their owner Rick Bausone.....I explained what I thought I was looking for (change out our locks since the home was bought at auction/foreclosure). We made an appointment and he came out (on time) and he did the necessary work. He took the time to expain everything, but more importantly, he told me that I didn't need to do certain things which ultimately saved me a lot of money. I really liked his honesty....that is really important to me when dealing with companies in general. Anyway, I had awesome experience!!
Description of Work: The owner of Highland Security (Rick Bausone) came out to our new home in Willoughby Hills and changed our locks, door handles, etc.....it was a pleasure working with him. He was on time, friendly, detailed oriented, happy to explain things I did not understand (which were plenty). I would highly recommend the services of Rick and Highland Security Lock Service. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends, neighbors & relatives. You will not be disappointed....give Rick a call!
