Rick was very responsive - answered the phone on my initial call and called on the day of service to let me know his arrival time. Rick was able to open the lock very quickly and provided options for replacing the lock and/or having a key made to fit the lock. Very satisfied with the service provided.

Rick was great. Getting the locks replaced turned into a time-sensitive issue, and he was able to fit me in to his schedule the same day that I called. He explained my options clearly, and was professional throughout. I would definitely use his services again.

i called Highland Security Lock Service around noon and he came out the same day. He explained what had happened inside the lock, showing me the broken piece. He fixed the lock and told me the plate on the door needed bigger screws ( which I would not have known) and replaced those. He was very professional and friendly, both on the phone and at my home. He worked quickly, but took the time to explain each part of the job. He even gave me a new ring for my car key when he saw that I was using a cable tie.

Rick was excellent! He showed up on time, did excellent work for a fair price, and even put on booties over his shoes to protect my floors. I had several locks that needed work. He was able to fix locks (in Shaker...where everything is old and not standard) that other individuals I hired were unable to fix. I would definitely recommend him!

The appointment was a little late. However, I did receive a phone call with that information and given the option of making another appointment. So, maybe the B rating I gave for punctuality is a little unfair. Otherwise, the appointment went extremely well. He ended up constructing two new springs, which took awhile. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsible. The cost was more than fair. I would definitely use Highland Lock Security again.

Wonderful - the job took longer than he had expected due to the difficulty in correcting the previous owner's work to fix the doors and locks, and yet he did not charge extra and even found a few materials discounts he could pass on to me.

Worked quickly and efficiently, explained what he had to do and approximately how long it would take. As well we’ve had a problem with a door that doesn’t close properly and he explained how this could be remedied. Will definitely use his services again!

Rich did a very thorough job fixing the lock on the door taking everything apart to insure the lock functioned as intended. He went beyond to insure the door itself was properly aligned as well. Based on what I saw, I asked about all other locks in the house and questioned him on safety concerns. He showed the same dedication on each door I asked him to look at and enhanced the locks on those doors. Would hire him back in a second and asked for business cards for referrals. Pleasure to work with and piece of mind knowing our house is now properly secure and safe!

Everything was great! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed correctly and was very time efficient. I had 3 dead bolts changed, two standard locks changed and received 4 new keys. After I had the locks changed, my sister was telling me she was going to recommend someone and it ended up being Highland Security! Would absolutely use again in the future.

Rick was wonderful! My door lock broke unexpectedly and I needed a quick repair. Even though he was on his last call, and that should have been his final stop, he came over after normal work hours to help me. He solved my issue, and then came back later that week to install an additional lock for me. He was really nice, professional and did a great job. Great guy. Came same day I called. Not only fixed my closet lock but fixed other lock issues (about 4) that he had the time to do. Nice guy very accommodating. Made new keys for me on the spot ! He is coming out again to make more keys for me as I cant find the originals. Fast response. If I was staying in Cleveland I would use him every time.
