During a scheduled meter reading, the gas company showed us that we had multiple gas leaks. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the same day. Their dispatcher called to let me know when a truck was on the way. They were fairly prompt. The workman was professional and courteous. He answered my questions and showed me what work had been done.

I called and spoke with Tim and within an hour Herb was at our house trying to snake out the drains. He had to come back the next morning with his camera to see what was wrong. He ended up having to dig a hole in our driveway to get to the clean out drain that was blocked full of tree roots. Awesome job and very responsive.

We have had no problems. He is quick. He is very personable. I would recommend him to others and use him again in the future.

We received the estimate promptly. It was not particularly detailed, but appeared to be a little higher than other estimates we received. I would have appreciated more detailed information in the estimate. I did not go back to them for more information, which I feel sure they would have provided.

The furnace work was okay, but we weren't as happy with the plumbing work they did.

They did good work, but they are not less expensive than anyone else; think they are middle of the road.

Spencer and his associate did an unbelievable job! Not only did he carefully remove the tile floor he was able to salvage the tile and upon removing and replacing the pipe in the floor for the toilet he was able to reuse the tile and actually relaid the tile in the floor for us. I came home from work that day and could not even tell anyone had even done any work at all, despite the bathroom floor being ripped up earlier that day. Fantastic and Very Reasonably priced. I am never calling another plumbing or heating company again. These guys are great especially for older houses!

I was told to plan for work to be done between 11am and 1pm on the day of service, and received a call just before 1pm that he was on his way, as promised. The major piece of work we needed handled won't be completed until we get necessary replacement part, but he took care of several smaller jobs quickly and to our full satisfaction.

Herb was a referral from a general contractor I know. One would think that if someone calls and tells you that they were referred by a general contractor who sends TONS of work they MIGHT return a call?! When I called, his staff was incredibly rude and 3 WEEKS later when he did call back he yelled at my secretary! Unreal! Buyer beware.

THIS CONFIRMED TO ME THAT HIS PRICING WAS VERY FAIR. HE EXCELLED IN ALL AREAS OF SERVICE, AND I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROCESS & THE RESULTS.

THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO GAS HEATING AND PLUMBING. THEY ARE SO SMART AND COURTEOUS. PLUS I TOOK BIDS FROM THE OTHER MAJOR COMPANIES IN THE AREA AND HERB'S CAME IN MUCH LOWER.

I HAVE USED THEM OTHER TIMES TO REPAIR LEAKING TOILETS & BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.
