I called and reached someone immediately. He said the technician would be out within an hour. Matt arrived and we discussed options, which ranged from replacing all the valves for a significant amount of money, or replaced two that really needed it. He recommended being conservative and we went with only doing two. I was going to get another estimate, but just decided to go with this company, since he seemed quite knowledgeable. I called the main office, and Matt was back the next morning to fix everything. He was great, and came in under budget.

This is my second experience with Heights Plumbing, and both times the serviceman has arrived earlier than expected (this is a good thing). Matthew quickly identified the problem, told me how much it would cost, went to buy the parts, and then professionally and efficiently solved my problem.

Very well -- for just the price of a service call. They fixed the outdoor faucet so it didn't leak anymore.

They called me back within an hour or so after I left a message. They came the same day and fixed the problem.

I called Heights Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon after having discovered a soaking wet ceiling immediately below a 1st floor half bath. My call was answered promptly by Roger who identified himself as the owner of the company. He told me that he would have a technician at my home at my convenience anytime the following day. The technician arrived at time promised. He correctly diagnosed the source of the problem. I am reasonably handy and, in this case completely misdiagnosed the source of the leak. I am very grateful for the experience of this Hts Plumbing Professional he saved me several hours of work and a far more costly repair.

I am very happy with the work that was done and certainly will use Heights Plumbing again if needed.

He arrived on time and seemed knowledgeable, but I decided not to use him as his price was 50% higher than the one quote and $350 higher than the other quote I received.

He was thorough in describing the problem with the bathroom faucet, describing what would need to be done, including describing the amount of wall to be removed in order to remove the original faucet/ shower combination and install a new one. He carefully explained how he would leave the job, noting that he would not repair the wall, as that was beyond the scope of Heights Plumbing. So I knew in advance what the job would look like when finished. Matt was excellent in doing and finishing the job. One uncomfortable note: I offered Roger (the owner) a deposit of $700.00, with the balance to be paid on the completion of the job. He must have thought I was dickering over the price; said he would split the difference - $750.00. I wasn't. After the job was finished, and I inspected it and the clean-up, I sent the remaining $50 to meet the price we had agreed on.

Another excellent job by Heights Plumbing. They have been efficient and responsive each time we have called. The work is done professionally and at what seems to be a reasonable price.

He was prompt and efficient. The work was done in about 30 minutes and the faucet has been working perfectly fine since. We had actually purchased the new faucet, so the only parts he had to provide were the pipes underneath the sink, so the work may have been a little overpriced. However, I had obtained a previous estimate that was about the same or maybe a little higher. I also asked him a question about the master bathroom faucets that were just tricking water instead of the normal flow, and he advised us on what to do free of charge. We replaced a small part at the mouth of the faucet and the problem is completely fixed.

Price is a very important point of sale for us. The original quote was a little high to begin with and the final bill was above the estimate. With all that being said, we hired them because of their professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility. The owner was kind enough to make accommodations on the billing. Original piping was in poor condition and crumbled at a joint during removal of corroded piece and therefore additional repairs needed to be made, this was the reason for the higher final bill. The crumbling was probably unavoidable. The original plumbing was in admittedly poor condition and would have needed to be repaired eventually. Matt pieced together the repairs properly in less than 3 hours without having to remove the entire stack. The price was a little high for us. After talking to his workman, the owner agreed to make payment arrangements, which I feel is pretty unusual. I feel very confident that the job was done well. Matt was courteous, fast, and professional.

Called for an emergency repair (leaking water pipe in ceiling through smoke detector/sprinkler head) on 12/15/2006, at 6.30pm. Reached the answering service, who promised an immediate call back, which never came, this is surprising and disappointing since they advertise 24 hour emergency service.

They came when they said, left no mess, and gave me options. I did not price check with others, they gave me an Angie's List discount.

An employee did the work. He was professional, dependable-on time, cleaned up after the job was completed and offered advice for other potential plumbing repairs.

He was punctual, had a good price and did good work. He was nice guy. The jobs were not easy because it's an old house, but he did a great job on them. The price he quoted us is what we paid. Everything was great.

Matthew was very informative and gave me a whole range of options to clear the blockage, basically a best case scenario to a worse case scenario and everything in between. He spent a good amount of time with me, and there was no cost. Matthew gets an A for everything. The only concerns I have are related to the management of the office. The owner didn't write my phone number down correctly, so I had to call them when they were an hour late getting to my house. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional (talking to the owner in the background and I could hear them both), didn't apologize for the delay, etc. I didn't know until Matthew got to my house that he tried to reach me to tell me he was running late, and we figured out that he had the wrong number.

The plumber was careful, accommodating, and discussed matters to address the problem. The plumber explained the issues and offered ways to save on ''cost''. All discounts were offered and applied, and there was no pressure in making the decision. The owner re-arranged his work schedule to prioritize my leak to limit the inconvenience. I was very pleased.

Same day service (Friday) to identify the problem. Installed new tank on Monday, by request. Staff plumber offered suggestions separate from the hot water tank which I was troubled by. Care in preventing water splashing while emptying old tank could have been better. I spoke to the owner later about these matters and they were addressed promptly. The care and communication in subsequent service was greatly improved.

Brad showed up on time and was very friendly, looked over the job and came up with a few options, did not try to up-sell or use fear tactics to inflate the cost of the job. He mentioned some other issues I might need to address, but gave an honest evaluation of their severity. I will probably be using them for a much larger job in the future because of how I was treated on this small one.

He arrived on time. Snaked the shower and a sink. Could not figure out how to remove the faucet to repair leaking washer (it had 2 screws)- removed the hot water faucet as well even though it was not leaking. Commented that our hardware was cheap imports (it was not)- could not figure out how to repair them. Told us to buy new faucets. Left a mess on the floor of the shower that he snaked- and also in the sink he could not fix. We paid him for the 2 drains he snaked.

Matthew the plumber always kept me informed of when he was coming to my home. He was always on time and was very pleasant. He did excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Matt was prompt and professional. The job turned out to be bigger than we thought. Fortunately, he had the parts with him. He did only the work that was necessary.

excellent service. roger was pleasant and responsive over the phone. matthew, the master plumber, arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and efficient. it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. we were impressed and would be pleased to call him again, if any additional work is needed.

Matthew, a Master Plumber, explained every step of the work so I could understand and be involved in the decision making. The new toilet is working fine. The price included a senior citizen and Angie's List discount.

Very good. The only negative thing was that water was allowed to leak on the floor and a corner of my rug got soaked.
