They were really quick at coming out. My sprinkler system ruptured so it wasn't really a plumbing problem. They were very nice about it and didn't charge me for coming out. I really appreciated their responsiveness. I appreciated that they told me up front there was nothing they could do about my problem so they didn't charge me for the visit.

Matt from Heights Plumbing showed up on time and quickly repaired our garbage disposal. The cost was a bit higher than we had hoped, but it was nice to be able to use the sink again.

We started noticing water leaking into our kitchen downstairs and found the source was our hot water faucet in the shower upstairs. We briefly considered repairing the faucets ourselves,s but then decided it would be better for a professional to do the work in case the problem was bigger than we expected. Matt from Heights Plumbing arrived on time and was very quick and efficient when performing his work. He was friendly and explained to my wife what he was doing and why. He explained that the faucets were 60+ years old and that the repair may only last a year, but that it was worth a try rather than spending a much larger amount of money replacing all of the hardware. We appreciated his honesty and effort to save us some money. He was fairly talkative while performing the work, but it did not seem to slow him down any and my wife did not mind. The work was performed on July 29, 2007 and we were leak free for a little over a year.

I told him "don't bother", and I will not use this supplier.

I called because of a leak in our kitchen ceiling, they came out the next day. They figured out the problem and told me how we can repair it on our own so we could save our money.

Technician had to add piping (taken off washer piping) to run to laundry tub. I already had purchased laundry tub and faucet. Installation was done exactly as requested and clean up was thorough. Concrete was unfortunately not level at the drain in the basement, but technician suggested how to level tub without cost to me. It has been working just fine since installation last month.

Technician showed up 15 minutes early, and quickly got to work on the refrigerator. It was a little awkward to install, but he was friendly and talkative during the process. The bathtub was a little trickier, as the stopper was stuck, but after some work he was able to get it lose and clear the problem. The job in total only took 30 minutes, and the technician was excellent.

He examined the area where the water was coming from and fixed the leak.

I found a member of my church who did this work for free. They were very pleasant, fair and quick. They left me a rubber bottle opener which is how I remembered their name and number. I think that's great advertising.

They came in twice to do all of the work for us. Everything went very smoothly. The guy that came out was very friendly and professional. He helped us quickly assess the problem and fix it. We'd used a lot of plumbers previously, and one of them actually installed the toilets wrong and Heights came in and fixed that. They may be a little pricier than others, but its worth it in the long run.

I have been unable to reach anyone at the office. I left early from work, and nobody has called to say they will not be coming or to reschedule.

Note: I rated the price as "good" because I don't have a good sense of how much these things usually cost. The website wouldn't let me leave it blank. I called about 4 p.m. -- he came out the next morning. (This was urgent, but not an emergency, so the timing was fine by me.) I needed a laundry tub fitting replaced, but I thought that perhaps the whole tub needed replacing. He told me the repair was simple, and it took him about 1/2 hour, and that I didn't need an entire new tub. He was right. I appreciated that he SAVED me $600 on a new tub! I also told him about a chronically slow drain in the bathroom that was now stopped up. He told me that instead of fixing it right away, I should try a couple of things myself to save myself some money. I did that, and when it didn't work, I called him up 1-2 weeks later and he fixed that as well. In retrospect I would have paid less if I had told him to fix both at the same time, but it was my decision to try to fix it on my own and call him a 2nd time. I appreciate greatly that's he responsive, punctual, fast, and tells me how I can save money on plumbing.

An outdoor spigot on my house was leaking and could not be shut off. The plumber advised me that because I had copper pipes, the replacement of an outdoor water spigot could likely break the pipe as it enters the basement. He took the time to explain a simpler fix that would reduce the chance of snapping the pipe and might fix the leak. It required that he go back and get parts from his shop and to modify a part to try the repair. He was successful in making the repair without breaking the expensive copper pipe and did this within 1.5 hours. I believe he saved me money and time, I am pleased with the service.

The sink was backing up and when I ran the disposal, it would just back up the other side. The work was successful! He was able to clear the blockage by snaking the drain 25 ft. and flush the sink to make sure water was getting through. He also gave me good information about when to use/not to use the disposal, and explained everything thoroughly as he did it.

I have used this company before and found them to be dependable. I only had to give them a call and describe on the phone what the problem was. They showed up on time with the parts that they needed to fix the shower. It took less than 45 minutes.

They did a marvelous job. We told them it plugged up often so they gave me some ideas and advice on how to keep it from happening again when we do the remodeling that we are going to do.

Matthew did an awesome job, I know that working with old plumbing can be wrought with danger. He was very patient and was able to replace the toilet and shut-off valve. He said that old houses were his specialty and I can attest to that fact. I will always call him for any plumbing issues. Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!!

I called Heights Plumbing at 6:30 am on Saturday morning - our kitchen floor was a puddle of water - and talked to a live person! We talked through the problem and decided that their evaluation could wait until Monday if I cleaned up the water on the floor and did not use the sink/disposal/dishwasher over the weekend. Matt arrived promptly at 9:00 am on Monday morning and quickly evaluated the situation. Even though he could have talked me into buying a new garbage disposal, which would have cost $600 with installation since we have a batch-style disposal, he gave me an honest answer that the disposal was working properly and might well last several more years. He did not try to take advantage of the fact that I don't know much about plumbing or garbage disposals, and I appreciated that. Before he left, he showed me how to use a key to manually turn the disposal from underneath the sink and how/when to use the reset button. Very professional and courteous service.

After a heavy rain, I noticed water on the basement floor around the sump pump. I called the company that installed the pump, and their 1st available appointment was in 2 days. That wasn't acceptable so I called Heights Plumbing. The plumber arrived within an hour, looked at the sump pump and noticed the loose clamp. He tightened the clamp and tested the pump. It worked fine.

We called about 8:00 AM, the plumber arrived by 11:00 AM, the drain was working by 11:20 AM. We had a slight misunderstanding regarding the cost, but it was cleared up to both our satisfaction.

They came out one day to check a leak on the cold water feed to the kitchen sink. Determined that the faucet was the problem. We had them furnish and install a new faucet the next day. They were neat, prompt and offered options to try other then a new faucet. We chose to go with a new faucet.

Very informative on plumbing issues, gives customers various options to solve issues if available. Very professional.

I had 2 toilets to be fixed, which they knew. He said he only had time to do one toilet, even though we had already scheduled a time that they canceled. They woke me in the morning, came, and then said they didn't have time to do both toilets. He quoted me $300-$350 per toilet. Then he charged me $500 for one toilet. I argued, and he ended up charging me $350 for the one toilet, and said I would have to call to schedule for the 2nd one. If you can't do a complete job, I think you owe it to the customer to tell them before you get started.

Punctual, professional and refreshingly honest. Reasonably priced. This plumber offered to try and replace washers and a valve to resolve the drips we had. He explained that it was not necessary to tear out all kinds of otherwise functional pipes and fixtures (another plumber had insisted we needed to put in all new everything and reroute some pipes, at more than triple the cost, just to repair some slight drips). Everything is working just fine now and we would definitely use this company again.

THE GUY WAS VERY NICE AND CAME OUT QUICKLY, BUT THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN WHAT THE JOB SHOULD HAVE CALLED FOR. WE THOUGHT THAT JOB SHOULD HAVE COST AT THE MOST AROUND $2,200, BUT HIS QUOTE WAS FOR $3,000.
