Charles was very professional and insightful

The tech who did the work, Charles, was cordial and clean cut. His truck was presentable and he explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. He made numerous start up and shut off cycles to insure that the furnace was performing well. He was right on time and called in advance of his arrival so we could be prepared for him. The customer service rep, Andrew was also very courteous and returned phone calls promptly. I would recommend Global Heating to my family and friends.

Charles was professional and offered excellent advise regarding our hot water heater. He found the valve to turn the hot water tank on immediately. Hopefully, we won't need a hot water tank any time in the near future - but if we do, we will definitely contact your company.
