The technicians went above and beyond, first attempting to locate parts for a 1950s furnace and eventually replacing it. At one point, they came up against a dead end when my chimney had too much interior damage, but they quickly pivoted to find another solution so that I could have heat in my home before winter weather kicked in.

They came out the same day we made contact and Charles was extremely informative and honest. I ended up deciding to replace my AC unit and they came out the next day and got busy. In the process Charles noticed a major problem that was approaching with my furnace and explained a number of things to me about it and left the decision up to me with no added pressure. I finally decided to replace my furnace in the middle of my AC unit being installed and Charles and his amazing crew did not flinch they politely made the adjustments with the work and their schedule and had me together in no time. I wanted an evaluation of my existing nearly 20 year old system. No repairs were necessary and the technician was very helpful in letting me know what to expect.

I made an appointment through HomeAdvisor, and they never showed up or called. It might be a HomeAdvisor problem, but they claimed that the appointment was entered and sent me a notice of the appointment. I do not intend to use them or HomeAdvisor in the future.
