Charles was a Pro, he took the time to explain everything that was being done. Called when he was on his way, on time, professional, knowedgable and courteous.

The repairman called two days early and asked if he could come by and repair the A/C...you bet. Took only 30 minutes and ahhhh we had air.

Charles was a very nice guy to deal with and saved me some money letting me know of parts that could be reused even though I initially was going to replace them. He very easily could have "upsold" me but he was honest.

Realized my air wasn't cool in the mid of night, so I panicked since it was going to be 95 degrees later that day. Never went back to sleep, due to searching internet and thinking about what to do. Never used Home Advisor. It wasn't until I was deleting emails and unsubscribiing from various sites (since I couldn't sleep) that I came across Home Advisor, and almost unsubscribed...so glad I didn't. They immediately sent prospects. Global's response was quick, but I told the man I would call back after checking other prospects and diagnostic charges. I saw that their diagnostic charge of $89 was consistent with competitors, so called them back. My experience with Global was professional and courteous from the first call to the end. The gentleman informed me that he would have someone at my house u 11:30/12:00. Charles was assigned and at my house by 11:10, I believe. Charles was dynamic and my hero for the day in the midst of the heat that was on it's way. Charles was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I was happy to find out that it was just my dual run capacitor and that I didn't have to replace unit or pay an astronomical amount of money ($262). I rated the value for the money a 3 only because I know how cheap the part is. However, the service of having a quick response, professionalism, quick fix, and a central air unit that is cooling wonderfully is invaluable, especially in these hot temperatures. Very pleased with Global overall and would definitely use again.

From start to finish this company is top notch! If your job as an HVAC repairman is to sell units to home owners, then please advertise as such. When I call a repair man, I expect that my unit would be taken apart, diagnosed and repaired. If you are incapable of repairing an old unit, as I stated to the person who took my service call, then don’t take the job. I know it’s an old unit. I also know it can be repaired. If I needed advise on whether to change it, I’ll call for that.
