It was fine and what he did was affective. He was a pleasant man and seemed to know what he was doing. We were quite satisfied with the work and we don't have any concerns.

Called for extra service under the service contract (no extra charge). Responded quickly. Technician was professional and friendly, as was the office staff.

This was my 1st time purchasing the "Big Deal" from Angies. A manager from General pest control contacted me the very next day after I bought the deal online. We had ant problem at that time and requested an immediate treatment. The service was arranged in a timely manner and the applications were provided professionally. Greg concluded that they were solitary bees, the males don't sting, and there really was no need to do anything. He was very professional, and I don't like to use pesticides and herbicides if it can be avoided, so I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell their services.I've used their services several times in the past with good results.

They always knock on the door and make sure we want the general spray. They always ask if there is anything else we need. They will come out any time. They are just fantastic. We have recommended them.

Have used this company in the past, had a service contact and we were very happy. When economics got tight we had to cease being a customer and did some spraying for bugs on my own. Our income is now again at a point where we can afford this service and we were prompted to call them because we saw evidence of a mouse in a kitchen cabinet.

The technician arrived on time and he was very friendly. He asked me, specifically, what my concerns were in terms of the insects around the house. He also addressed my concerns about the chemicals and my family cat. He applied the pest treatment in a timely fashion and left. I haven't seen any of those "thousand leggers" since.

Easy scheduling. Person who performed the work did not know about the "coupon" and that I was paid in full and still collected tax, which the company returned to me promptly. He should have called in to verify before charging. EVeryone was pleasant and professional. I'd use again.

They are a family owned and local company. I have a contract with them. I have been using them for the past twenty years. They are friendly. They are responsive and if I have a problem they are here within a couple of hours. I would use them again in the future.

General responded to our church's rodent emergency this past winter. We have a large free meal ministry 6 days a week. When an outside group caught a rodent over the winter and our regular contracted exterminator was not reachable, we called General. Their technician was onsite within 24 hours, performed an extensive check and treatment. Thankfully we did not have an infestation, but apparently a couple of "visitors". Julian's insight in location of traps, more extensive treatment of the building and discovery of pest entry points was extermely helpful. We have switched our monthly contract to General and have had no further issues with bugs or animals.

Called set up appointment. they came out and paid by credit card. Came back out 3 weeks later for follow up.

They come out every summer for the work. We always had bees. Couple of years ago we had a hive that had formed around the garage door. They came out and they sprayed. The bees came back again. When I called them, they came out within a couple of hours. They were very responsive. They aren?t cheap, but they do a nice job. They come when they say they are going to come. They do a great job. The people who come are more friendly and responsive. We have got general pest involved and they spray once a year.

They are very good. The same guy has been coming for years. He is very professional, very nice, and knows exactly where everything is. He really doesn?t bother me. He does what he needs to do outside the house.

They always send the same guy named Daryl. Daryl knows me and the family. He s seen us move through three houses. He knows how much I can t stand anything living in my house. They are really responsive and they price accurately. They come when they say and they are really accommodating. I like that. They are also trustworthy. I don t like people I don t know. We establish this relationship and I feel comfortable with them.

I appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell us something we didn't need. I've used this company before, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I think General Pest Control is very professional and dependable. They do a good job. If I ever have any additional requests or problems, they take care of it right away.
