We have been using them for many and we are very satisfied with the work they do. Our stuff grows very well. Their very neat they clean up when they make a mess or anything, they cover my pond when they spray. They sends us the paper work well in advance and they just do their thing.

They are perfect. I have never had an issue. Always on time and come right away for a emergency.

The gentleman that I worked with that came out and gave the information was pretty good. They felt that they could save the tree. However, the tree does not look like it was doing the best it should have been. The guy that came out and did the application was friendly. I paid $150 for the deep root seeding and $150 for the Emerald Ash borer treatment.

They are phenomenal. I've been using them for 25 years. They are the person I call for emergencies and I call for maintenance. They have great customer service. There was a big storm and we had huge branches of very large trees that are probably 90-100 years old that broke. There had been a drought that made the trees weaker and they blocked the driveway and they were out within a few hours and they cleaned everything up and got it done. When we got our bill we didn't even ask them what it would cost and it was even less than we had expected. We bought the property partly because of the landscaping and the big trees and we've seen neighbors' trees die and they didn't want to spend any money. We do spend whatever the contract is and it's a lot to keep our things fertilized and our trees have survived and the neighbors' trees have died and our property looks beautiful.

They are very good. I'm very pleased. I do know that everything was taken care of thoroughly and I am very pleased. I would recommend them to anybody for service that I was very pleased and they were very prompt and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Cause I had questions and whatever and they said no no you don't want to do that and they explained everything very thoroughly so I was very pleased.

They have done a good job I have never had an issue with them.

They are good. They come every year now.

They are very consistent they have nice people that come out and they always leave a note and what they did and they are good. They are not really pricey. They are very responsive if I have an issue.

They were fine. We didn't schedule a time because it was all outside. They just said that they were going to come when they were in the area which was fine because they were just going to spray the trees. We didn't care to be here when they did it. If I had said that I wanted to be here and watch you spray the trees, I'm sure they would have went along with that. They came and did the job and it was satisfactory. The trees are good so that it. They have trained arborist, not just somebody who come and does the trees. It's somebody who's trained as an arborist.

They're very good, excellent. I plan to use them as far as I am in the house.

They were very good. Everything looks like it is thriving and what I like most is the fact that they inject the fertilizer into the soil versus putting it on top. This way it gets right to the roots.

Showed up on time and on the day scheduled. Completed the work for the price quoted.

Came on time. Did the inoculation. Only time will tell if it was successful.

Forest City Tree Protection Company were very good. I would grade them all 'A's. They are very good. Most of these tree people do not have an arborist and they did send out somebody who was a natural arborist who had the certification. A lot of the local companies, they just send somebody out who is a guy with a truck basically. He saved my pretty Magnolia where as some other people wanted to chop it down. It is beautiful right now.

They did great. They're our regular. We've had them for 30 years. They've been very responsive when we needed work done. They did the scientific test to determine whether the trees were at risk or any of the limbs we're concerned about were at risk. It turned out that they weren't, It took them a whole day to do most of the pruning of three trees in the back and one in the front. The cabling in the front happened the next day.

They have done a lot of work for me. They have been servicing us for the last 10-15 years. Generally their quality is an A. It just happened that the last time there was some debris left in a neighbor's yard, which is unlike them. They are tremendous with responsibility and are always punctual. Normally I would say there is nothing they could do better because I am always totally satisfied.

Not responsive. They never returned any voicemail when I inquired about getting an estimate for work.

I needed a stump grinded in my backyard. I e-mailed Forest City about an estimate and was contacted promptly. The work was completed a few days later. I was pleased.

I am satisfied with them. I would recommend them. They are very professional. They seem to really very knowledgeable about trees. They know what they are talking about. I will use them again.

Everything about the process was excellent, as has always been the case with Forest City Tree. The initial quote was very clear, reasonable and accurate. I talked with Dave Robinson about the quote and again when arrangements were being made for the crew to come out. He came with the crew, as I had a few questions about not doing any more pruning than necessary (as there are cavity-nesting birds that use these trees). We received a call in advance that the crew would be out on the 4th. The crew did an outstanding job! They perform as careful, highly-skilled tree surgeons. Absolutely everything was cleaned up when they prepared to leave. They were very pleasant, professional, and as quiet as I think anyone can be while doing this work. I never for one moment had any concerns about the quality of the work and the knowledge of the crew. What a fabulous contrast to some of the botched pruning jobs and straight-out disasters that have occurred with other companies in the neighborhood! We will always use Forest City Tree. Highly recommended!

We have a number of trees & shrubs on the property, which haven't had "appropriate" care for several years since our local arborist retired. Called Forest City Tree for an inspection. Dave Robinson came out as scheduled and we spent a fair amount of time discussing the various trees/shrubs, what, if any, issues were apparent, and such. Dave knows his trees (our "red" maple is actually "norway" maple - his call and, yes, I verified) ... determined why the "red" maple drops leaves early (the roots are "girdled", which is also the reason that, at 30+ years, the tree is only ~15 ft tall) ... we discussed pros & cons for addressing the root issue, decided to leave the tree alone ... it's been doing OK (other then the leaf drop) & we don't really need it to go to 50+ ft! We discussed thinning of our 3 oaks, which I figured were in real need, based on the obvious dead branches ... Dave's take was that the trees were basically OK, deadwood was natural, and they would drop off on their own, but, he also understood the aesthetic value of helping nature along. In other words, there was no pressure to have things done if they didn't really need doing ... and we certainly appreciate that. We chose to have the pruning of the deadwood and removing lower branches to give adequate clearance to make mowing around the trees easier (and safer). I also mentioned research I had done on spore inoculation (specific "mushrooms" are very beneficial to trees), which Dave was also familiar with and had a program for enhancing the fungal growth. OK, this is getting long-winded, so, in brief, we agreed to the oak pruning and fungal enhancement, and root fertilization for various trees/shrubs. The bio-stimulant enhancement and root fertilization have already been performed (new 'shrooms did appear!, the fertilization will take its course). The pruning will be done on their "off-season" schedule, which afforded us a discount, so that works too. Thus far, we're very happy & satisfied w/ Forest City Tree Protection.

Except for a few trees that were just hanging by a thread, who would have died anyway, their service was fine. They assessed basically what we needed on the whole property. I would recommend their knowledge of different types of flora and fauna and the treatments that specific types of trees and bushes need. They've been taking care of my sister-in-law's property for some time so we were referred to them by her. I thought their pricing was equal to what other companies would charge. They responded pretty well.
