Work began about three weeks after contract was signed. Contractors arrived every day when they said they would. The team was professional and cleaned-up daily after the work was done. They appear to take great pride in their work and took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and that it looked good. Total job took about 4-5 days to complete.

I haven't gotten the invoice yet. They were very nice and punctual. I contacted them before to repair a window and they said they don't do that, so they gave me the name of another company. That's the reason I called them again.

Fairview Home Improvement installed roof in one day. They were setting in the morning as I was getting ready to go to work. I returned home about 4:00pm there was one man left cleaning up, the roof looked great, and we've had great results. The cleanup was excellent.

I understand this is a busy time for roofers...but at the very least, have the courtesy to return a call. I have more respect for someone telling me they are not able to help me then to toally ignore me. I find that to be very poor business. There was one day last week where it was raining so that would have been a perfect time to contact people since roofers would not be working in the rain.

The crew showed up, introduced themselves, explained what they found and what they were going to do. Bob showed up and we talked with him about what we wanted done. Everything was completed, very efficiently and professionally.

Very professional. Cleaned up after job was complete. Came back to re-do inserts around two water faucets. Very happy with the work.

There is no problem. They cleaned up after work and did an exceptionally good job putting the siding one.

The customer service person was pleasant, however, I was disappointed that they said they didn't do the east side of Cleveland even though I never got a chance to give my address. But I do understand proximity is important to contractors as well as neighborhoods. I am not sure which one was the reason they didn't proceed with a conversation with me.

For the awning that we design, we got an edible design. They were cooperative and gave us a praiseful that I thought was pretty descent. We worked with them in the past, and they were helpful with other things and left many colors. I will call them again. The price seemed very fair to us.

I have used this company in the past for siding, gutters, front window and patio door. Always great service & quality work. That is why I going back.

Very pleased with the workmanship. Completed everything that was promised, and more. I have an older home and I know that this was a challenging job. I will need additional windows in the future. They will have priority consideration.

Chose this business because it is a small family owned and local business. Picked out the color, they ordered it and when it came in they called me. Frank went to my daughters house, hung them, they look great.

Our house had a 3 season room that had 7 sliding doors. The doors were the old metal sliders. Winter of 2012 was a bad one and the room started to cave in with the weight of the snow. Water and ice ran down the doors and through the seams of the ceiling. Bob Dutton from Fairview Home Improvement took care of our project from start to finish. FHI does do some subcontracting but Bob always was here overseeing the job. The new sunroom looks amazing! It has walls and windows and only 2 sliders. We love it! We have used FHI for many things in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I feel like I have a friend in the business and really have become friends with Bob over the years! I would recommend them to anyone!

Replaced repaired leak at flashing on roof...took their time...cleaned up...and let me know what all was going on throughout the process.

This is our second time working with Fairview Home Improvement to repair siding on our home. The first visit was to replace a panel that had a hole in it, and the second was to replace siding after it sustained damage during a storm. On both occasions, they came out to view the job and called with an estimate. We did not need to be home for this which was convenient. They came within 24 hours for the estimate, and we quickly scheduled work. We were given a 2-3 day window for getting the job done and in both instances they showed up the next day. Their team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Price is very reasonable compared to several others in the area that we called for estimates. Highly recommend and will use them again as the need arises.

Fairview Home Improvement workers arrived as scheduled. Did not have all materials as it needed. It wan't on the work order. Corrected next day. Arrived with all materials. Installed flag holder from old shutter to the brick which wasn't easy. Workers did an excellent job including clean up. Very satisfied.

The order was quickly placed compared with other vendors. They made the job seem easy and they were professional, which we appreciated. The quote was given in a timely fashion, as well. The installation was done in an excellent manner and everybody was very professional. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend them. We have used them in the past, and all their work as been done well. They don't use high pressure and try to upgrade you. You get what you want.
