Fairview Home Improvement has been our go-to home improvement company since the early 90's. We have had siding, doors, roofing and most recently windows installed. The things that has always stood out is their high level of integrity and service after the sale. If there is ever a problem they will work to get resolution. They have never suggested replacement of something if the service wasn't needed. We have gone back to them for smaller projects over the years which they were just as happy to do as the larger ones. I have mostly worked with with Bob Dutton over the years who has always been very responsive and easy to work with. Although they use contractors for services performed, the work has always been done to a high standard, and I have never had to go back and clean up afterward.

Very good On time and knowledgeable

Avoid this company. The quoted price was reasonable for the job, about $500. They said they could do it within a couple of weeks. Six weeks after getting the quote and giving them the go ahead the work was not begun. .I told them to not even bother. Hard to communicate with. Seem disorganized.

I was not home at the time. When I came home the work was done. Everything looked great!

These guys were professional, neat and went beyond the norm, i.e. hung window box - repaired roof, removed unnecessary wiring from exterior.

Worked with Bob Polk, a true gentleman. FHI uses sub contractors. Both the of the subs were very professional and did excellent work. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Excellent! Bob was always prompt, nice and pleasant to work with. Any issues or charges that came up he dealt with quickly and effectively. The craftsmanship of the project was top notch!

Frank, the installer came unannounced. His a**’t Jamie arrived shortly after. They completed the work in about 1 ½ hours. Did a great job! Railings look great!

Bob was the person that gave the quote and he was very nice and gave us the best price out of 5 companies. Scott and Jimmy installed the door and they did a amazing job.

FHI did a great job. They were more expensive than a similar quote from a big box store, but they knew what they were doing. The job was a little challenging because of some decorative trim work. Hat had to be replaced at the front door. FHI was very accommodating in installing two Anderson storm doors that I purchased elsewhere.

Frank gave us a verbal quote. We placed order, pick out detailing 4 weeks custom railing were made and installed by Chuck & Jody. In fact I didn’t even notice them right away. Invoice mailed to our home. Thank you.

Scott was prompt and is a great guy. He has installed all of our windows from Fairview. He is great & efficient, our kitchen was cleaned up & all debris was removed.

The entire process was smooth and easy, from viewing the products in the showroom, scheduling the salesperson at our home, through to the installation. Because of the timing of our windows order, we received a free upgrade to triple pane windows from the manufacturer, passed on to us by the owner of the company, Chuck. We had no knowledge of the upgrade until the windows were delivered- Chuck just gave everyone who ordered that month the upgrade! Christmas in summer! We purchased Seaway Encore white vinyl windows. They are well-rated windows, very reasonable in price. They are easy to operate, easy to clean and look wonderful. We have a 1920 bungalow, sided in white vinyl, so they match beautifully. The new storm and screen doors fit perfectly and complement the style of the home. Bob Dutton, our salesman and primary contact, was so easy to work with. He was easily reached, returned calls quickly, and answered all my questions patiently. The crew sent to do the installation cleaned up after themselves and worked in a timely manner. the new doors needed new molding, which Bob matched to our existing moldings. The reason this review is so tardy has nothing to do with the vendor, just tardiness on my part!

One installer did entire job. He was friendly and experienced and did a great job.
