Job went very well. First, Fairview's quote was less than half of other contractors (whom I suspect did not well understand the issue). Second, the person who was sent for the job was very experienced and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Fairview for your siding needs!

Did not personally meet with the guys but they did what they said would be done on time and to my complete satisfaction.

Called fairview to send man out to replace all windows as I could afford. 3 seperate jobs, front, back and then the kitchen last. Fast, clean, nice windows for the price.

Tim, the installer did a good job of installing the new fan, thermostat and re-activated the fan on/off switch. The only problem was that the fan thermostat was not working properly to control the fan operation. I called Tim and made him aware of this.

When I noticed some irregularities on our roof, I called Bob at Fairview home improvement to take a look at it. He came the same day, told me it was the ridge vent. The job was completed within a day or two. Very Happy!

Excellent in-store staff-no sales pressure ever. Doors were exactly as ordered - except one problem: the locks and keys on the storm doors were NOT identical! i immediately called the store, but it took over 2 weeks to correct this.

Chuck came put and looked at the project. He later called with the quote and i approved work to be done. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Have used this company before, would use again!

Both tasks were performed with minimal impact to the residents. Repair of the Aluminum Fascia was perfect and ideal match to existing color. All work was performed in a professional manner with no left over debris.

First checked why water coming in kitchen. Determined it was the downspout was severely clogged. Cleaned it out, did a beautiful job on gutter guards while we were not home. Checked to make sure rest of porch was under roof. They were quick, quiet, convenient and at a very reasonable price.

Called Bob, told him my problem and got a couple of guys to come over and took care of the gutter guards.

I was pleased, they did the estimate promptly. Then 2 guys fixed the gutter and putting the screen on the house. They came and checked the roof fan. Fan was working properly.

The installer arrived right on time and started to work. They were very thorough, friendly, did a quality job and cleaned up nicely after themselves.

They arrived on time to install new door,everything went well and they explained everything cleaned up after, themselves satisfied with job.

the installers were fabulous. On time, professional, courteous, hard workers. They were focused and pleasant and did the job. No 'rest periods' or anything. And its been about a month and I love my windows. Cauk is good, windows look great, it was all done in one day, no rubbish left behind, everything perfect. Was MORE than satisfied.

Bob, the project manager, was great + came out daily to see how things were possessing. All the installers were courteous + professional. Two issues were fixed promptly.

Our project manager was Bob Polk. He was easy to deal with and provided a point of contact for the 3 different teams of workers. He came out every day and checked the job, plus he called to make sure things were going well. After the completion, he checked again to make sure everything was OK. We had an issue with some loose siding and Bob sent the installer back to fix it the same day. Great service!! The installation teams were on time, hard working, professional, friendly and cleaned up when they finished. They were a pleasure to deal with. They even carefully moved a bird's nest from the gutter to a nearby tree before beginning work. I would certainly hire this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone.
