Description of Work: Called FHI on Tuesday, January 17 and spoke to "Bob" about a problem I was having with moisture in my attic. Stated that I needed better ventilation as I was having mold and needed an estimate to put in a couple of roof vents. We made an appointment for him to come by and look at the issue on Thursday, January 18. To his credit, Bob showed up on time (9:00 am) and went with me up into the attic to see the problem first-hand. After looking at the issue, he stated that he "needed to talk to some experts" and would get back to me after he had done so. At the time I thought it strange because I was no expert and even I could tell there was a fairly simple ventilation issue and furthermore, wasn't he the expert to begin with? But OK, he wants to go talk to an "expert". Fine. So here we are, Friday February, 24 and I still have not heard back from Bob. After 5 weeks I am pretty sure I never will. I am left to guess that he made a judgement call that my job was simply too small for him to be bothered with. I don't know. And that really is the point. I was surprised that an organization would simply not follow up with someone this way.

Description of Work: Upper siding on front porch area of rental property

Description of Work: Repaired a gutter on my garage

Description of Work: Installed siding on garage and shed, install new gutters and down spouts. They started the job ahead of schedule, and completed it in one day. The crew did a fantastic job. The garage looks great. They cleaned up everything. did not find one scrap not even old paint chips from the pealing paint I highly recommend Fairview Home Improvement.

Description of Work: They provided a quote within 2 days, they did perfect work, the price was exactly as quoted, and they cleaned up. Could not ask for a better experience. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Replaced 2nd floor flat roof area including roof deck, installed new flashing and tins, installed SBS rolled roofing, installed ice guard, installed new shingles and tins, re-flashed rear chimney. Replaced wood at roof line and painted new wood.Work performed by a subcontractor.

Description of Work: Replaced broken wood and installed a new gutter

Description of Work: Installed aluminum door canopy above front door and installed six aluminum stratolite window awnings. A subcontractor was used to do the installation. The salesperson, Bob Dutton, was helpful in designing the door canopy and the installation of all items was exactly what we wanted. They were a little higher priced than other estimates but we had heard from another person who used them that they did quality work which is why we selected them over others.

Description of Work: Replaced shingles blown off because of wind storm. Shingles off all over the area. I called on a Monday evening and big the middle of Wednesday all was repaired and like new. I'm am absolutely amazed that anyone could respond and do the work that quickly. This is the second time that Fairview has done work for me and certainly will call them when I need more work done. |

Description of Work: They replaced a piece of aluminum trim from roof fascia and installed a 4-inch downspout to replace the smaller/insufficient one. Seemed a bit "laid-back" than I expected, but performed work satisfactorily.

Description of Work: The most recent work they did was replace some missing shingles.
