The contractor was very informative and completed the work on time.

I walked in one morning told chuck what I wanted. Frank removed the old shutters that afternoon. New ones were installed when ready.

Installer was timely/friendly. Miscommunication due to lack of written estimate & visual description of work to be performed, made it necessary for installer to come to home again to remeasure & reinstall rail. The rail was for safety getting up & down the 2 steps leading from back door to patio. This was not accomplished.

Great job! They completed the work in two days and the house looks beautiful.

I called to schedule the appointment, I left the replacement shingle on the first steps. I came home from work and the work was done.

We got our entail quote which was the lowest and had the best mod time. They said it would be a week and it was the workers were extremely helpful & courteous no bad language. Well run crew very enjoyable experience.

We have used Fairview Home Improvement for many years and this is the first time we have been dissatisfied. No one called to set up an appointment they just arrived while we were out of town! Fortunately someone happened to be here to take in the screen. Don’t know what they would have done with it. Front door was sticking at bottom. We called and they came out in a few days and fixed it. And called to let us know when he would be here.

Chuck showed up to give us an estimate of what we wanted. A week later an installer showed up and did exactly what we wanted. He was fast, friendly and cleaned up. He discussed what he was doing & did a good job.

Bought the door. Delivered & installed 2 days later.

He came, removed the old storm door and did what he had to do to install the new one properly. No problem with the purchase or the installing.

They called the morning of job saying what time they were going to arrive. Arrived promptly, went to work immediately. They were very careful and worked diligently. Cleaned up and discarded all layers of roofing.

The work was done professionally. No corners were cut, and they cleaned up after the install. The rep from Fairview came out the next day to inspect the completed work to ensure it was done properly. Any questions I had were addressed. I was very satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish. The company has high standards. Pricing is fair, and they do not try to sell you something you don't need. I've been dealing with Fairview Home Improvement since the mid 90's.

Frank & helper were on time. Came prepared to do the job neat, pleasant to do additional request, quick and reasonably priced. Good experience and will call them for projects in the future.

I was not home at the time the repair was made. But the repair was completed within 2 business days of my request.

The contract was agreed upon at the beginning of September 2015. The job should have been completed in a couple of days once the materials had arrived. I was told they were very busy,( I thought a good thing) just get it done before the snow comes was my response. November arrived and no word so a call was placed to Fairview. There response one of there workers got hurt and they were even farther behind but had the shutters and would put them up in a few days, which they did. January and still nothing so i call again. They assured me they would complete the job soon. Two weeks latter the overhang vent material arrives and was told they would be out in two days finish the job. One week latter (now February) they show up unannounced on the worst winter day of the year. The house was covered with 4 inches of snow and it was very cold, how do you work on the roof in that weather. Three guys worked on house for five hours. I was able get home from work before they left to inspect the job. The quality was terrible which they admitted more work needed to be done. Tools were left and a good clean up could not be done because of the snow. Called Fairview and insisted that the project manager meet me at the house to inspect the work. He did and agreed the work was not up to there standards and would be taken care of. It is now March and a different crew is sent out, again no call and there work was not much better. Called Fairview and let them know of my displeasure and no payment would be made. April arrives and a third crew is sent out, they agree to redo some poor work and inspect some of the upper level venting. The second story vent covers were installed but no holes were actually cut in the wood! They quickly repaired and left. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANGIES SHOULD NOT HAVE THEM AS A LISTED CONTRACTOR!

They are polite and they come and don't charge for estimates. They've always given us good service and I haven't had any complaint. When they came and they did the roof there were no leaks and they cleaned up after themselves and the guy just put the fan on the ceiling in the attic and he came he turned it on and got everything working. They are a great company. We have had siding put on and all sorts of things.

The entire job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although this was a reasonably small job, it was done with pride. In the past, I have had Fairview Home Improvement replace all my windows, sliding glass doors and doors, I always go to them for improvements.

They were punctual, polite, professional and even cleaned up after finished including wiped up dust from kitchen floor.

On time, professional, good price, very satisfied.

First someone came, measured & gave us a price. As soon as the railing was done, he came & established where I asked it to be put. Very nice, very professional & reasonable.

Visited store room to shop and choose a door. The door was ordered and the installer called to schedule when the door was received. The door was installed and trim work on door was redone to match other house trim.

Always do an exceptional job!!! Friendly and professional! The added plus....they clean up before they leave and the place is spotless.
